There is sad news to report in the case of missing 12 year old Zina Linnik. Police are stating that they have found the body of the missing 12 year old.
Tacoma Police announced they found the body of 12-year-old Zina Linnik in Pierce County. The information came from a sex offender arrested earlier this week.
When it was previously discovered that a sex offender from Thailand had been taken in to custody as a person of interest, the missing persons case of Zina Linnik became rather grim. When the search warrant turned up a girl’s underwear at his home, things did not look good for missing Zina Linnik. One hates to speculate; however, we were dealing with a convicted sex offender. Why wouldn’t anyone think he was the suspect?
A search warrant reports investigators on Monday found a girl’s undergarments at his home, where he lives alone. He responded to that news by saying he was remodeling the home for his sister.
The sad the reality is that once again a convicted sex offender was allowed to walk among the most innocent of us and allowed to repeat his offenses against unsuspecting 12 year old girls. It wasn’t enough that this sex offender pleaded guilty in the past to incest after being charged with rape. Nope, he was allowed to escalate his crimes to murder and the other awful things we will learn in the future of the heinous acts committed against this beautiful and innocent 12 year old. Zina Linnik, God Bless and rest in peace.
UPDATE I: Police ‘Expect’ Convicted Sex Offender Will Be Charged in Murder of Washington Girl
Police said Friday that they “expect” a 42-year-old convicted sex offender from Thailand will be charged in the murder of 12-year-old Zina Linnik, who police believe was kidnapped July 4 while watching a fireworks display.
Terapon Adhahn, who was convicted of incest in 1990, provided information that led to the discovery of the girl’s body while being held for questioning, Tacoma Police Chief Don Ramsdell said. Adhahn, who lists a Parkland, Wash., address, was being held by federal immigration officials on a charge unrelated to Linnik’s apparent abduction. (FOX)
Some are raising the issue that Zina Linnk’s death is a result of our porous open borders and the consequences of not deporting criminals. As Michelle Malkin states, the death of 12 year old Zina Linnik is the “Bloody consequences of open borders”. However, we will go one step further and state that this is not just a product of the failure of open borders and the unwillingness to deport criminals. This is a result of America’s unwillingness to protect children. Sex registration lists are not updated. Law enforcement has no mechanism to track these predators. The end result is we suddenly find these sex predators after they have assaulted or murdered a child.

12 year old Zina Linnik has been missing since the evening of July 4, 2007 when she was abducted from her Tacoma, WA home by an Asian looking man in an older gray van. A 42 year old sex offender is being held as a person of interest in the disappearance of Zinna Linnik.
The person of interest is a 42-year-old sex offender from Thailand. He’s currently being held for failing to register for an immigration violation and denies any involvement in Zina’s disappearance.
A search warrant reports investigators on Monday found a girl’s undergarments at his home, where he lives alone. He responded to that news by saying he was remodeling the home for his sister.
Investigators also seized a gray van to search for evidence, and the man admitted he had recently changed the license plate. (FOX News)
According to reports, a tip has lead investigators to the Tiger Mountain area where they are presently searching. It appears that the tip to search this area did not come from the man in custody.

- weighs 80 pounds
- reportedly wearing a pink T-shirt, pink/orange/yellow
capri pants and red flip-flop sandals at the time of her disappearance.
- Her hair was in a ponytail.

Witnesses reported hearing a scream and seeing a man get into an older, gray van and drive away.
Police said the driver of the van might or might not have been an Asian male as he was described earlier by police. (FOX NEWS)
Anyone with information is asked to contact Tacoma police at 253-591-5963.
Tacoma girl, 12, snatched from alley
An Independence Day celebration turned into a nightmare for a Tacoma family late Wednesday night when their 12-year-old daughter vanished, the victim of an apparent abduction.
The girl’s father, Michael Linnik, heard a scream from the alley in the back of the family house, then ran outside to see a van speeding from the area.
Police are searching for Zina Linnik, who was last seen around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday in the alley in the 2500 block of South J Street. They’re also seeking an older-model gray van seen leaving the neighborhood.

UPDATE I: Police searching for 2 possible witnesses to girl’s disappearance
Two people were seen at a bus stop near the home of 12-year-old Zina Linnik around the time she disappeared, according to Tacoma police.
Spokesperson Mark Fulghum said the two were seen at the bus stop at 25th and South ‘J’ Street before and after the time the girl disappeared. Police are now trying to find the two people in hopes they may have new clues that could aid the investigation. Police urge anyone with information on the two people to contact them.
The license plate of the van contains the numbers 1677, but a complete license number was not available. (KOMO-TV)

Teen Amber Leann Hess Missing From Queen Creek, AZ Foul Play Suspected
Family members said Amber has never disappeared before and that it’s out of character for her to lose contact with her parents. Her grandfather said Amber does not have a boyfriend and her family has no idea where she could be. (National Ledger)
UPDATE I: Burned body found, possibly linked to a missing 17-year-old girl
This is not a very optimistic update in the case of missing Amber LeAnn Hess. Authorities have found a burned body and other evidence that lead them to believe it may be that of missing Amber LeAnn Hess. Although they are unable to confirm, the evidence (and we are speculating) might be that of her missing car.
Pinal County Sheriff’s officials say they’ve discovered a burned body and other evidence that indicates the victim may be a missing 17-year-old Chandler Heights woman. The body was found off the Hunt Highway near the Anthem development.
The Pinal County chief deputy says at this time, they’re unable to confirm the body is that of Amber Hess. (KOLD)
Originally, one would speculate that this could have been a random robbery where the person may have thought that the entire family had gone on vacation. However, it is hard to imagine that a burglar/killer would have gone to such great lengths to hide and dispose of a body. One would tend to think that the killer was known to the victim.
Teen missing; burned body found
The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has ordered an autopsy on a burned body discovered Monday in the desert to determine whether investigators have found 17-year-old Amber LeAnn Hess, who was last heard from Friday.
The body was found in an area off of Hunt Highway, about five miles northwest of Florence. Investigators found evidence at the site that connects the case to the other crime scene – the home where Amber lives with her parents, said Jerald Monahan, Pinal County chief sheriff’s deputy.
Authorities declined to say what that evidence included.

As hundreds of volunteers, law enforcement and authorities search for missing 9 month pregnant Jessie Davis, it was determined that the new born baby found 45 miles away was not related to this case. The woman who gave birth and left the baby on a doorstop came forward and stated that she had tried to conceal her pregnancy from her parents. The search continues …
Volunteers set out for another day’s search for missing pregnant woman
The first two buses loaded to standing-room only pulled away from the muster point this morning. Many of the 100 searchers carried backpacks, work gloves and bottled water.
Yesterday, about 1,400 people scoured neighborhoods, commercial areas, farm fields and woods near Canton, Ohio. (KGBT 4)

Texas EquuSearch director Tim Miller says every single rock will be turned over in the search zone.
Cadaver dogs have been being sent in, along with the humans. But Miller says if they detect something, it often doesn’t mean anything. He says when the dogs make a hit, authorities are sent in to check the area. (WTOL)

As police search for missing 9 month pregnant Jessie Davis, they discovered another rather troubling set of circumstances. A day old baby was left abandoned at a private residence in Wooster, OH. The baby was taken to the hospital where DNA tests were performed. Could this be Jessie Davis’ baby?
(Chattanooga Times Free Press)
A couple arriving home from dinner Monday night discovered
the newborn on the porch of their rural home south of Wooster,
Maurer said. The baby was dressed in a sleeper. The wicker basket
contained a blanket and a bottle of formula, but there was no note, he said.
Police investigating the disappearance of pregnant mom Jessie Davis are looking into the discovery of an abandoned newborn baby 45 miles from where the woman was last seen.
The day-old infant girl was left Monday night in a wicker basket on the doorstep of a residence in rural south Wooster, Ohio and taken to Wooster Community Hospital, where a DNA sample was taken.
What are the chances that this baby was that of missing Jessie Davis?
Authorities are trying to determine whether there is a link between that baby and the one Davis, 26, was expecting, said Stark City Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Rick Perez in a Tuesday evening press conference.
“Investigators are not ruling anything out at this time,” Perez said.
Thomas Maurer, sheriff in neighboring Wayne County, does not believe there is a connection between the baby and Davis. He said a doctor determined that the newborn was less than 24 hours old.
“We’re using every caution we can” to ID the infant or eliminate the possibility that she is related to Davis, he said. (FOX News)
Baby found near where woman disappeared

Newborn baby girl found in Wooster, police check for ties to missing mom case
Police in Wooster confirm that a newborn baby girl was found Monday night abandoned on the doorstep of a home.
According to police the baby, a white female, was found in a basket at a home on East Messner in Applecreek.
The homeowners found the child when they returned home from dinner.
The baby was taken to Wooster Community Hospital where officials say she “remains in good health and identified as a less than 24-hour-old female.”
Wayne County Children Services has temporary custody of the child.
There will be an official hearing Wednesday in juvenile court before Judge Raymond Leisy.
Update I: Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch to help search for missing Jessie Davis
The nationally recognized organization, Texas EquuSearch, is one of two national groups family members say are now volunteering in the search for Jessie Davis.
Davis, a mother of a two-year-old son was last heard from last Wednesday.
According to a spokeswoman at the team’s Texas office, Texas EquuSearch director, Tim Miller, is en route to Northeast Ohio and is expected to arrive late Tuesday night.
It’s expected the team will talk with law enforcement officials and family members to assess the situation. From there, the group will determine whether their resources will be helpful in the search.
EquuSearch President to Help Search for Missing Pregnent Woman
Texas EquuSearch President Tim Miller is en route to Cleveland, Ohio, to help search for a 9-month pregnant woman who has been missing for nearly a week, FOX 26 News reported Tuesday.
An official with EquuSearch told FOX 26 News that Miller and another EquuSearch volunteer will meet with law enforcement officials and relatives of Jessie Davis Wednesday morning to help establish a game plan and see what resources officials need to find the 26-year-old woman.
Originally one thought was that the abductor maybe wanted the baby of Jessie Davis. However, now that an abandon baby was found near where Jessie Davis went missing that thought process may be ruled our. Or possibly that may have been the original intention, but the heat and media exposure was turned up that any such plan had to be abandoned.
UPDATE II: Jessie Davis Baby Daddy Bobby Cutts Jr Slammed by Ex, Nikki Giavasis
Her boyfriend Bobby Cutts Jr is not a suspect according to police. He is the father of her child and the father of her unborn baby. He was criticized heavily by his ex, model and actress Nikki Giavasis on Fox News on Tuesday.
Giavasis told Fox that Cutts once kicked down her door when he broke into her house after their relationship ended because he was upset that she was dating someone new. She had taken several restraining orders out against him, she said, including one in 2007. He also hit and verbally abused their daughter, who no longer sees him.

26 year old and 9 month pregnant Jessie Davis is still missing. Its been 5 days since she was last seen. For a woman who is 9 months pregnant this is hardly a welcome situation. The authorities have found signs of a struggle in the home of Jessie Davis.
Deputies found the woman’s mattress moved out of place and missing an ornate patterned comforter that resembled an Oriental rug. A toppled nightstand and lamp lay nearby on bleach-soaked carpet.
What happened? The primary clues may come from a pint-sized witness. (The Plain Dealer)
However, the most disturbing clue to Jessie Davis’ disappearance may be from her 2 year old son. No matter how one tries to interpret it, this just can’t be good.
“Mommy was crying,” Blake told deputies. “Mommy broke the table… Mommy’s in rug.”
Jessie Marie Davis: Police Press Conference Reveals No Suspects
Jessie Marie Davis UPDATE: Jessie Marie Davis case press conference has revealed no suspects, no signs of forced entry into Jessie’s home, and that foul play is possible.
Do the authorities really not have any suspects or are they just being tight lipped? One would think there may be people of interest, especially when there was no sign of forced entry into the house, yet there was an obvious scuffle inside. Did Jessie Davis know her attacker?
At a press conference today, Stark County sheriff’s Chief Deputy Rick Perez said deputies have no suspects. The boyfriend of Ms. Davis, Canton police officer Bobby L. Cutts Jr., and his wife, Kelly, were questioned and are cooperating, Perez said. Cutts joined the weekend volunteer search for Davis. (Canton Rep)
Police Suspect Foul Play in Disappearance of Pregnant Ohio Woman
Foul play could be involved in the case of a missing pregnant woman, Ohio police said Monday, as they subpoenaed her cell-phone records and those of her married boyfriend in order to determine what happened to 26-year-old Jessie Marie Davis.
“We feel that there possibly is foul play, however we’re still investigating it as a missing person,” said Stark County Sheriff’s Chief Dep. Rick Perez at a news conference Monday. (FOX News)

15 year old Danielle Cramer had been missing since June 14, 2006. Danielle Cramer was discovered by police in the home of an acquaintance of her parents. It would appear that Danielle Cramer was locked in a small room underneath the stairs.
(Danielle Cramer)
Police from Bloomfield went to the home of an acquaintance of her parents with search warrants and to obtain DNA, and found the girl; she was locked in a tiny, 3-foot-tall, 4- or 5-feet-deep room under a staircase, blocked by a dresser, reports the Associated Press.
Her parents had not seen or heard from her in the year in which she was gone, no one around the neighborhood had seen her; there was no indication that anyone had, anyway, and the girl was quite pale. It is probable that she’d been indoors for a long time.
Adam Gault and Ann Murphy were arrested by police and taken in for further questioning.
Authorities have yet to say exactly what Cramer may have been subjected to during her time in captivity. Gault has been charged with unlawful restraint, reckless endangerment, and custodial interference, and is being held on bond. Murphy is facing conspiracy and risk of injury charges.

Captive Teen Found Under Hidden Staircase A Yr. After She Disappeared
An incredible story of terror and survival has led to the freedom of a long missing 15-year-old girl in the U.S. Danielle Cramer disappeared from her West Hartford, Connecticut home in June 2006, and authorities had been searching for her ever since. Many had given up hope she was still alive. But incredibly on Wednesday, they found her safe in a place no one ever thought to look – a locked space hidden under a stairwell in a couple’s West Bloomfield home.
UPDATE I: Video Trove Of Porn: Sexual Material Reportedly Found On Tapes Seized From Man Charged With Holding Girl
This bizarre story just got even more strange as the man accused of imprisoning a 15 year old girl is now found with a treasure trove of homemade porn. However, Bloomfield police are disputing the information, saying that they don’t yet know what is on videotapes seized from Adam Gault’s home.
Police have found homemade pornography on videos seized from a man charged with unlawfully keeping a teenage girl from her family for a year, a law enforcement source close to the investigation said.
The source said investigators are trying to determine the identities of a number of girls in the videos, which are of poor quality and were apparently posted on the Internet at various times. Adam Gault, a West Hartford dog trainer, is charged in the disappearance of 15-year-old Danielle Cramer of Bloomfield.
Danielle has told authorities that Gault was using her for Internet sex shows and modeling. It was not clear whether Gault, 41, participated in the shows. (The Hartford Courant)
CLOSET GAL GUY’S PORN TAPES
Adam Gault, 41, had a collection of grainy videos – some of which were posted on the Internet – that featured various young girls who have yet to be identified, sources told The Hartford Courant.
The videos were taken at Gault’s home, sources said.
Gault has been held on $1 million bond since Wednesday, when cops found Danielle Cramer, 15, locked in a secret room under a staircase.
Gault’s common-law wife Ann Murphy and a friend, Kimberly Cray, are also in custody.
UPDATE II: Just Like a Typical Defense Attorney … States Clients were only Harboring 15 year old Against Abusive Parents.
So these people were saving her from abusive parents and exploiting her to do porn on the internet? Isn’t that rich.
The parents’ attorney, Marc Needelman, also dismissed as “a total fabrication” defense claims that the girl had been abused at her own home and that she had found a safe haven in the home of Adam Gault, a 41-year-old man who had once worked with her stepfather. Police also have contested the claims.
“The Bloomfield police department has been involved in the investigation for over a year. They publicly stated yesterday in no uncertain terms that (the girl’s parents) have absolutely no responsibility, have committed no crimes or engaged in any improprieties,” Needelman said. (Houston Chronicle)

17 year old Kara Kopetsky has been missing since May 4, 2007 from Belton, MO. She was last seen leaving Belton High School.
See the many looks that Kara Kopetsky has had over the years.
Description:
- Kara is 17 years old and would have just finished her junior year in high school
- 5′ 5″ tall
- brown hair
- hazel eyes
- As you can tell from the pictures, she is known to change her hair color. She no longer has braces as seen in some of the pictures

The question remains that could the case of missing Kara Kopetsky have a connection to that of Kelsey Smith? Could Edwin R. Hall, the individual charged in the murder of Kelsey Smith have any connection to the disappearance of Kara Kopetsky? As police found a body 6 miles from where Kara Kopetsky lived, her parents feared for the worse. As it turned out, the body found was that of Kelsey Smith. Is it a coincidence that Kelsey’s body was found so close to where Kara lived. One does wonder whether there is a connection.
Jim and Rhonda Beckford, like thousands of others across Kansas City, watched with trepidation Wednesday as news unfolded about a body found just six miles from their Belton home.
Theirs, though, was a special brand of fear. Their 17-year-old daughter, Kara Kopetsky, has been missing since May 4. So while the search for Kelsey Smith took place, the Beckfords’ fears mounted.
Tarnished relief came after about an hour, when a Belton police sergeant arrived to tell them it wasn’t Kara Kopetsky. (Kansas City.com)
Smith Murder May Hold Clues in Kopetsky Disappearance
Investigators are saying they can’t rule out the possibility that the kidnapping and murder of 18-year old Kelsey Smith is related to the disappearance of a Missouri girl.

Police consider links to missing teens
When investigators in the Smith case announced Wednesday that a body had been found in Longview Lake Park, Kopetsky’s parents, Jim and Rhonda Beckford, waited nervously until Spears told them the body was that of Smith, and not Kara’s.
”Sitting here, a month later, and then you see somebody that has the same physical characteristics and not less than 30 minutes apart in distance wise and you start associating things,” said Jim Beckford, Kara’s stepfather. ”We didn’t have the resources and the video tape, and we didn’t have proof that Kara was abducted.”
Beckford also noted that his stepdaughter disappeared the same day a tornado struck Greensburg, Kan. The story dominated media coverage in the area.
Spears said most media didn’t give Kopetsky’s disappearance the attention he thought it warranted. (Ark City.net)
