20 year old Liliana Beatrice Iboa and her 3 year old daughter Karen Bianay Cervantes have been missing since Friday night, November 11, 2008. According to accounts they were allegedly kidnapped from their Avondale home sometime on Friday night.

Liliana’s husband, Benito Cervantes Mena arrived home before 10 p.m. on Friday night. Benito Cervantes Mena stated that he had been out of town when he received a call Friday morning from an unidentified male claiming to have his wife and daughter. Mena said that the caller demanded a ransom. When Mena returned home his house had been burglarized; however, he did not report the incident right away to the police because he feared harm would come to his wife and daughter.Mena told police he had been out of town when he received a call Friday morning from an unidentified male suspect claiming he had his wife and daughter. The caller demanded a ransom, according to police.
When Mena got home he found his home had been broken into and burglarized. He told police he did not report the incident right away because he feared his family would be harmed.

Liliana Beatrice Iboa, 20, and Karen Bianay Cervantes, 3, were released by their captors shortly before midnight Monday night. According to reports, they were taken from an undisclosed location and dropped off in north Phoenix.
Iboa stopped a passerby who assisted her in contacting police.

17 year old Jacob Fischer has been missing in Raytown, MO since the early morning of Saturday, November 1, 2008. Fischer was supposed to go to a friends house to go hunting; however, never arrived.

Raytown police said a helicopter spotted Jacob Fischer, 17, down a steep ravine Sunday afternoon. Fischer had been missing since early Saturday morning after he left to go hunting with a friend. Police said Fischer never arrived at his friend’s house. Fischer is in critical condition, suffering from injuries he received when his car went down the ravine.
Missing Teen Found 2 Days Later in Car Wreck
A Raytown teen missing for two days was found alive inside a wrecked car Sunday afternoon.
Raytown High School junior Jacob Fischer, 17, was last seen at an underage drinking party Friday night, Oct. 31.
Jacob was taken to the hospital for treatment of a broken leg, dislocated hip and facial abrasions. His parents say he is expected to be ok.
He does have serious injuries and will be in the hospital for awhile.

6 year old Cole Puffinburger has been missing since Wednesday morning after home invasion where Cole was kidnapped at gun point. An Amber Alert as issued in Nevada, Southern California and New Mexico. According to reports 3 Hispanic men posing to be police officers entered the home, tied up Cole Puffinburger’s mother and her fiancé in the home, then took the six-year-old.
Three Hispanic men knocked on the door of the home near Hollywood and Lake Mead just after 7 a.m. They claimed to be police officers. When Cole’s mother opened the door, the men burst in.
Police say they had guns, tied up Cole’s mother and her fiancé in the home, then took the six-year-old after they didn’t find any money. Police believe the family was targeted by the suspects.

Police focusing on 3 in Las Vegas boy’s abduction
The Mexican man, identified as Jesus Gastelum, is in his mid-30s and believed to be in Las Vegas or Southern California, police said at a news conference. The other “person of interest” was not identified.

Investigators were looking for the grandfather of a kidnapped 6-year-old boy Friday, saying they believe the abduction may be linked to the man’s drug dealings with Mexican nationals. The boy, Cole Puffinburger, was abducted from a Las Vegas home Wednesday morning by three men posing as police officers. Police said they believe the men were Mexican drug dealers and that the kidnapping at gunpoint was a “message” to his grandfather, Clemens Fred Tinnemeyer.
“Tinnemeyer has stolen a large sum of money, all proceeds from illegal drug activity,” Las Vegas police Capt. Vincent Cannito said.

A little boy from Las Vegas remains missing, and the child’s grandfather remains locked up in the Inland Empire, as police have identified a second “person of interest” in a kidnapping case that may involve drug runners from Mexico.
Although six-year-old Cole Puffinburger remained missing, a national Amber Alert was taken down this morning “because of a lack of significant tips,” said Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Capt. Vincent Cannito.

Mr. Tinnemeyer, who had not been heard from by family in several months, is not charged with a crime but is being held in hopes he may lead police to the abductors of Cole Puffinburger.
Captain Cannito said Mr. Tinnemeyer had “stolen a large sum of money, all proceeds from illegal drug activity.”
The kidnappers, Captain Cannito said, “wanted to send a very clear message.”
“Message sent; message received,” he went on. “They’ve got the attention of an entire nation.”
On Saturday, the police called off an Amber Alert for the boy, saying that its effectiveness had run its course. They also had narrowed their search to Southern California and Nevada.
The police were also looking for Jesus Gastelum, a Mexican national in his mid-30’s. Captain Cannito would not say why he was sought. The police said Mexican authorities had been notified of the case.

Tremoundous news out of Las Vegas, NV … Cole Puffinberger has been found alive and safe.
A six-year-old boy kidnapped from a Las Vegas home by alleged drug dealers has been found alive north-east of the Strip.
Cole Puffinburger was found on Saturday after a member of the public told detectives a child was walking the streets, Las Vegas police officer Jay Rivera said. He said the child appeared to be healthy.
Cole was abducted on Wednesday morning by two men posing as police officers.
The boy’s grandfather, Clemens Tinnemeyer, was arrested on Friday in connection with Cole’s disappearance.

A 6-year-old boy who authorities said was kidnapped by Mexican drug dealers ripped off by the child’s grandfather was found in “extremely good condition” after being dropped off near a church, authorities said early today.
Cole Puffinburger was spotted walking in northeast Las Vegas at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday night. Detectives handing out missing persons fliers about the boy receieved a call that someone matching his description was wandering the streets.
“It’s just a blessing that this child has been found,” Las Vegas Metropolitan police Capt. Vincent Cannito said at an early morning news conference.

23 year old New York City school teacher Hannah Upp has been missing
since the afternoon of August 29, 2008. According to reports Hannah Upp was last seen in her Hamilton Heights apartment on the afternoon of 8/29/08. Upp has been described as a “very smart, very sensible young woman who is always aware of where she is and what’s going on around her, and who is conscious of the fact that not everyone she may meet has good intentions.”
According to Upp’s friends, she has planned to go away for the weekend and return on Saturday or Sunday. However, when Upp had not returned by Monday night they began to get concerned. Upp’s disappearance has baffled family and friends as she has all but vanished without a trace.
Upp’s two roommates, a man and a woman, became worried about her Sunday night when they hadn’t heard from her, roommate Samantha Gallardo, 25, told ABCNews.com.
According to Gallardo, Upp’s other roommate, fellow teacher Manny Ramirez, searched her room and saw that her purse, wallet, cell phone, ATM card and subway card were all there.
“My roommate woke me up and we went down to the police station. They didn’t seem too concerned about it at first, but at 4 a.m. that night there were already detectives in our apartment,” Gallardo said. “There’s been police in our apartment since.”

Nadia Bouteldjan went missing 11 years ago in May 1997 when she was nine years old. It was suspected that her Algerian father had kidnapped her and fled with her abroad. Nada Bouteldjan and her father were spotted in Britain in 1997 but after that all trace of them disappeared. Nadia Bouteldjan has been found at the age of 20; however, she has refused to disclose what happened to her.

In 2006, after Bouteldjan turned 18, she contacted her mother and began what would become a two-year correspondence by e-mail. She finally agreed to meet her mother, together with police, in Luxembourg in July.
However, the young woman did not want to tell police about her disappearance, her whereabouts for the past 11 years, nor where she lives now or what had happened to her over the years.
“She did not want to tell us what had happened,” Kaski said, adding that Bouteldjan behaved suspiciously towards authorities.

Rice University student Matthew Wilson had been missing since December 15,
2007. His car had been found in Berkeley, CA on June 10, 2008. Now after all this time Matthew Wilson has been found alive on the campus of the Campus the University of California at Berkeley. Wilson was arrested by campus police in connection with trespassing and theft charges. All things considered, at least he is safe and alive.
A Rice University student missing since December was found, and arrested, on another campus in California, Berkeley Police said Thursday.
Matthew Wilson, 21, was detained by police on a routine patrol of the campus at the University of California at Berkeley Wednesday night, where he was found using a laptop in a classroom. He was arrested in connection with trespassing and theft charges after investigators learned who he was.
“He was detained because he was trespassing in the building after hours, and later admitted to the officer his true identity,” Sgt. Mary Kusmiss, the public information officer for the Berkeley Police Dept. told FOXNews.com Thursday.
According to reports, Matthew Wilson had gone missing voluntarily and there was no indication of foul play.”He later told our detectives that he wanted to disappear.”

When asked to identify himself, Wing said Wilson provided the officer with a false name before eventually admitting his true identify.
At that point, Wing said Wilson was arrested on four charges: providing false information to a police officer, possession of stolen property with a serial number obliterated, possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools.
Wilson was taken to the Berkeley City Jail and then transferred to the John George Psychiatric Pavilion.
“Wilson is currently being held under a 72-hour psychiatric hold,” said Wing, who added that at the time of his arrest Wilson seemed psychically healthy and was coherent. “When he’s released back into criminal custody he will be arraigned.”

61 year old Diane Medlin of Collin County, TX has been declared missing.
She was last seen on Monday, August 4, 2008 at approximately 6:45am. Diane Medlin has a medical history of Schizophrenia and she also has a history of suicidal tendencies.According to her husband she has no cell phone or credit cards. However, she did take $200 in cash before leaving.
Diane Medlin, 61, is 5 feet 3 inches tall and 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen about 6:45 a.m. Monday at her home, near the boundary with Rockwall County. She is apparently driving a 2008 red Pontiac Grand Prix with dealer tags.
Ms. Medlin, who was recently released from Terrell State Hospital, is on medication but did not take it with her when she left home.
If anyone has any information regarding Ms. Medlin is asked to call the Collin County Sheriff’s Department at 972-547-5113.

An AMBER ALERT has been issued in Boston, MA for 7 year old Reigh Rockefeller who allegedly has been kidnapped by her father, Clark Rockefeller. Police are stating that Clark Rockefeller was on a supervised visit with his daughter, Reigh Rockefeller, when he pushed the male social worker and abducted Reigh into the back of a waiting SUV on Marlborough Street.

Pfc Jeneesa Lewis has been missing since Friday, July 18, 2008 from Fort
Bliss. Is it possible? Could it have happened again? Authorities are searching for 28 year old Fort Bliss Soldier, Pfc. Jeneesa Lewis and her husband Clinton Lewis. Pfc. Jeneesa Lewis is the fourth female soldier to go missing this year under suspicious circumstances. Pfc. Jeneesa Lewis is missing and considered in danger after she did not report for work Friday. Jeneesa Lewis is with the 11th Air Defense Artillery Brigade at Fort Bliss Also authorities found evidence of foul play inside her apartment.
Fort Bliss spokeswoman Jean Offutt said that when Jenessa Lewis didn’t report to physical training or work, soldiers from the 5-52 Air Defense Artillery Battalion, 11th Brigade went to her off-post apartment to check on her. The apartment she shares with her husband was locked, prompting the call to police. When police arrived just after noon, investigators found evidence of foul play, Mears said. Mears said neither Lewis nor her husband were at the apartment. He would not discuss details of what officers found in the apartment.

Rachel Green, a 14 year old girl from Salem, WI is considered missing and endangered and thought to be in New York. She is believed to be with 23 year old Kyle DeWolf of of Binghamton, New York. Rachel Green 14, of Salem, Wisconsin went missing on Monday June 30th. She is thought to be with 23 year old Kyle DeWolf of Binghamton, New York. Kyle was just released from the army in Ft. Stewart, Georgia after completing a 21 month tour in Iraq.
The two met over the Internet on myspace. Rachel was last seen Monday but never showed up for summer school. There is a strong belief they are in New York as they were spotted in Pennsylvania on Tuesday and Kyle has family in Ulster, PA and Endicott, NY.
Kyle is thought to be operating a green, 4 door, Oldsmobile with NYS Registration EAH1663.

Hansen is overcome with worry, concern and fear of where her 14-year-old daughter may be.
Investigators believe Green met 23-year-old Kyle DeWolf through MySpace.
“I had no idea who this person was. None didn’t even know he existed and then all the sudden MySpace comes up again. This guy Kyle and she’s gone. She’s just gone,” Hansen said.
DeWolf was recently discharged from the army and was living in Georgia. Authorities tell the family the two may be headed toward New York where he has family.

She had been reported missing by her mother Monday. Authorities say text messages on Green’s cell phone showed she was communicating with DeWolf about the time of her disappearance.
DeWolf is already charged with transferring obscene material to a minor and crossing state lines to have sex with a minor.
