12 Year Old Missing Kayleah Wilson Found Dead
12 year old Kayleah Wilson had been missing since March 28, 2010 after disappearing while walking to a birthday party. Sadly, Kayleah Wilson was found dead on May 19 in an irrigation ditch. Police have not released the cause of death. Her body was found 1/2 mile from where she lived. The case is now considered a homicide.
A worker checking the ditch after heavy rain found the body in about 3 feet of water, said police. The decomposed body had been there for some time. Family friend Cindy Rogers said Kayleah loved to laugh: “She had a really great personality. She’s going to be missed.”
Body In Colorado Ditch Identified As Missing Girl
A body found in a drainage ditch in Greeley on Wednesday has been identified as that of Kayleah Wilson, who had been missing for two months.
Dental records identified the remains, which were in an advanced state of decomposition. A worker found the body a mile away from Kayleah’s home after heavy rains early this week.
The case is now considered a homicide. Authorities have not announced a suspect or person of interest.
No one looks out for little girls anymore.
This little girl will never go to a dance or college.
All the laws in the world won’t make a difference unless
someone cares and protects children. Who let’s a twelve
year go across a highway to a party? I must be from Outer
Space, I can not understand not protecting children.
