Melinda Superville; A Pictorial View of Access of Abandon Home

Melinda Superville’s body was found by members of Texas EquuSearch on December 9 after being missing since December 2. She was found in an abandon house that was known to be frequented by the homeless. The abandoned house is located at 2111 Antoine, is located at the intersection of Antoine & Hammerly.

Melinda Superville was missing for one week before she was found in the back bedroom, seen below. In an abandoned home that was frequented by the homeless Melinda was found and at her side was an undischarged gun and pills. So we are supposed to assume that a suicide scene with pills and a gun was kept intact for one week in a home frequented by the homeless. That is remarkable that nothing was touched.

A “large quantity” of assorted pills was discovered at the scene, and physical evidence indicated that Superville, 43, had ingested a large number of them, Houston police Sgt. Nate McDuell said Saturday.

A pistol was also found at the scene, but it had not been fired, and there was no sign of physical trauma to the body, police reported Friday.

McDuell did not know whether a suicide note was found.

The Chiro clinic, Superville’s home and the abandoned house at 2111 Antoine are all in close proximately to one another. To walk from the office where the keys were found in the door to the abandon house where Melinda was found takes approximately 4 minutes and 15 seconds. The street is extremely busy with nonstop traffic and multiple businesses along the way.  She was wearing a bright red sweatshirt in the middle of the day and no one saw her.

Here is an interesting thing that was noticed when approaching the abandoned house. The house she was found in, 2111 Antoine, is located at the intersection of Antoine & Hammerly.  The front of the house, driveway, and both sides of it are clearly visible from this intersection.  It would be extremely risky to drive a vehicle up this driveway  especially in broad daylight to the secluded back entrance.

However, there is a more less noticeable way to get to the same location. If one stays on Harland heading towards & passing Hammerly & taking a right on Todd St. and came up the backside of the house she was found in 2111 Antoine by accessing a paved driveway that winds around to it (from Todd St).  The houses immediately behind 2111 Antoine are also vacant and the houses along with a garage block anyone’s view should you need to park.

Frozen Body Believed to Be Missing Indiana Girl Alejandra Gutierrez

Police found the body Monday in a wooded area 50 miles from the Fort WayneGuierrez neighborhood where Alejandra Gutierrez disappeared December 8. According to authorities the body appeared to be a child that had been strangled.

Searchers following a tip from a man jailed for allegedly killing his wife and three young daughters have found a frozen body believed to be that of a 10-year-old girl last seen heading to a school bus stop earlier this month.

Delaware County Deputy Prosecutor Mark McKinney said the area was searched based on details given by Simon Rios, who is now considered a suspect in Gutierrez’s abduction and slaying. A 17-year-old juvenile in custody in Allen County also is considered a suspect, authorities said.

Rios is being held in the Dec. 13 killings of his wife and three children. Authorities say Rios told investigators he beat and strangled his wife and killed their three children after the couple argued about him doing household chores.

Indy Channel; Police: Body Might Be That Of Missing Girl

A Fort Wayne man charged in the murders of his wife and three daughters is now a suspect in the abduction and slaying of a 10-year-old girl after authorities found a frozen body believed to be hers near a gravel pit 50 miles from her home.

Delaware County Deputy Prosecutor Mark McKinney said Monday that Simon Rios, 33, as well as a 17-year-old juvenile are suspects in Alejandra Gutierrez’s disappearance and killing.

Community Prays for Sue Ann Ray

Family and friends gathered and held a vigil in the parking lot of a Canton Wal-Mart Sue-ann-ray-vigilSunday night to pray for Sue Ann Ray who has been missing for nearly five months.

A group of about 30 people gathered in the parking lot of a Canton Wal-Mart Sunday night to pray for a mother who has been missing for nearly five months. 26-year-old Sue Ann Ray disappeared in late August.

The group released balloons in to the air carrying information about Sue Ann Ray.

“Who knows where the balloons will pop?” Ray’s sister, Sandy Chasm, told WSB-TV. “It may land in the right people’s hands who saw someone parking this van here, who saw someone taking her wherever they took her.”

Ray’s 6-year-old daughter, Charity, lives with her godmother, Leslie Colley,Sueann 4 who says the girl asks where her mother is.

“I don’t know the answer,”Colley said. “I just tell her that we’re trying to find her. I can’t tell her that she’s not coming back. I can’t tell her that she is coming back.”

Sue Ann Ray’s family has hired an private investigator and the reward for information to the where abouts of Sue Ann is up to $105,000. Sue Ann Ray’s estranged husband, Quinton Ray, is the last person to see her alive. The police are still not calling him a suspect. It has obviously taken its toll on the family as Sue Ann’s father made the following comment:

For Ray’s father, Danny Jenkins, not knowing has been difficult.

“If hell is any worse than this, I don’t know,” Jenkins said. “It’s tough not knowing where your little girl is, whether she’s laying out in the woods rotting, whether she went through a wood-chipper like I was told.”

Who was he told by?

Prosecutors will Seek Death Penalty against David Ludwig. Kara Beth Borden, no charges.

There had been much speculation following the murder of Kara Beth Bordon’s parentsDavid Ludwig 2, Michael and Cathryn Borden, and the attempted escape by David Ludwig and Kara Beth Borden. What was the two teens involvement and knowldge in the crime.

Was it possible that 14 year old Kara Beth Borden could have been involved as some prematurely stated and speculated. The Prosecutors made their decisions in the double murder and aftermath that transpired as Ludwig and Kara Beth Borden, then fled to Indiana.

Prosecutors today have said that they will seek the death penalty against David Ludwig in the double murder of his girl friend, Kara Beth Borden’s, parents. Prosecutors have also said that they will not seek any charges against Kara Beth Borden in the murders. A fire arms charge and a sexual assault charge was also added. David Ludwig

A prosecutor said Friday he will seek the death penalty against a man accused of shooting to death his 14-year-old girlfriend’s parents, and announced he does not plan to charge the girl.

Lancaster District Attorney Don Totaro also added a firearms violation and sexual assault charge against 18-year-old David Ludwig on Friday.

Ludwig’s statements appear to have cleared Kara Beth Borden of any involvement or knowledge of the crime against her parents.

Totaro said Ludwig’s statements have exonerated Kara Beth Borden, saying she did not have any role in planning or carrying out the shooting deaths of her parents Michael and Cathryn inside their Lititz home on Nov. 14. “There was no plan or no agreement to harm her parents in any way,” Totaro said.

Man accused of killing girl’s parents to face death penalty David ludwig 3

Totaro said the death penalty is justified because the killing occurred while perpetrating a felony, the firearms charge; that it created a great risk of harm to the couple’s children, who were at home at the time; and that more than one person was killed.

Prosecutors said Ludwig killed the Bordens after an argument over his relationship with their daughter. He was captured the next day following a high-speed chase that ended with him crashing his parents’ car.

Lancaster County District Attorney Don Totaro does not plan to file any charges as Kara Beth Borden was unaware of any plots to murder her parents.

Totaro said Ludwig’s statements have exonerated Kara Beth Borden, and convinced investigators that she did not have any role in planning or carrying out the shooting deaths of her parents Michael and Cathryn inside their Lititz home on Nov. 14. Borden

Wreckage from George F. Baker III ‘s plane washes ashore Nantucket

A three-by-five-foot piece of the top of Baker’s plane, which was discovered in theBaker planecrash-wreckage surf off Maddequecham, and some smaller debris including pieces of the aircraft’s seats was recovered. They are believed to be that of George F. Baker III ‘s missing plane that dropped from radar as it approached for landing.

Further searchers using side scanner sonar may have located more debris and sunken pieces of the plane.

Over the weekend, the Tioga, a research vessel from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration equipped with side-scanning sonar, searched the area offshore from where the debris was found and may have located some more sunken pieces of the plane. It is unclear, however, if what was spotted on the sonar is the wreckage of Baker’s plane and what if anything could be done to retrieve it, Nantucket Police Chief Bill Pittman said.

The search was called off at 1:00pm as weather conditions worsened. However, the police department continued to search and officers made the discovery while on patrol on Maddequecham Beach around 4 p.m. Baker PlaneCrashSearch-Tioga-01_000

The perseverance of the police department paid off when officers on patrol on Maddequecham Beach around 4 p.m. on Friday located a large piece of the top of the plane in the surf and were able to pull it out of the water and bring it back to the police station to be turned over to the National Transportation Safety Board, which is leading the investigation, Pittman said. Pittman also said various other pieces of small debris were found in the same area, including parts of the seats.

Police plead for help in the disappearance of Adre-Anna Jackson

Adre-Anna Jackson was last seen on December 2, 2005 at 7:45 AM. The police have noAdreanna_Jackson suspects and are short on leads.

“We’re looking at everybody,” Lawler said. “Nobody’s been ruled out.”

The Lakewood police are asking anyone who knows anything or knows what may have happened to Adre-Anna Jackson to please come forward. Lakewood police think someone knows what happened to Adre-Anna Jackson, and they want to hear from that person. Police feel that someones knows what happened.

Investigators renewed their plea for information Tuesday about the disappearance of the 10-year-old Tillicum girl as an FBI underwater team resumed its search at American Lake.

“I think someone knows what happened to her and doesn’t want to say,” said Lakewood police Sgt. Chris Lawler, one of the lead detectives investigating Adre-Anna’s disappearance. “I really doubt she disappeared on ADREANNA Boather own.”

Police are focusing on a 14-foot boat that was abandoned at the public dock and are looking for its owner.

Lakewood police also are looking for the owner of a 14-foot boat that was abandoned at the public dock at American Lake Park. Police confiscated the boat last week as part of their investigation, though they have no information linking it to Adre-Anna’s disappearance.

The white-and-blue boat has a purple top. It bears no identifying numbers, name or brand, Lawler said. Officers have talked to American Lake Park neighbors but found no one who knew anything about the boat.

From KOMO News: Police Calling For More Help In Search For Missing Girl

Adre’Anna Jackson disappeared two weeks ago on her way to school. FBI Agents are helping to search nearby American Lake. But police say they need more tips and more information from the public if they are to find Adre’Anna.

Adre’Anna’s mother holds up the dress her 10-year-old daughter wore to a father-daughter tea earlier this year. She remembers the little girl who is smart, happy and tall for her age; the little girl who loves to sit at her keyboard and write, who loves her dolls and knick knacks, who really loves her guinea pig.

Yvette Gervais thinks her daughter would know what to do if approached by strangers. “I would think, hope, run off. That’s what Dad, that’s what I taught her.”

There is a reward of up to $1,000. So if you think you might have information, call 911, call Crimestoppers (1-800-CRIME-13). Police say it could make a real difference for Adre’Anna.
