Pictures of Missing Marcus Fiesel
Marcus Fiesel, who was developmentally disabled, was reportedly last seen August 15; however, police have a theory as to what occurred. It is imcomprehensible what some people are capable of. These people were given the responsibility to take care of a 3 year old, developmentally disabled boy. God be with you Marcus.
Deters said David and Liz Carroll placed Marcus in a closet for two days, before going to a family reunion in Williamsburg, Ky. Aug. 4. When they returned, he was dead.
David Carroll is accused of burning the boy’s body in Brown County.
The news conferences held by the couple were allegedly part of their cover-up.
The Clermont County Children’s Services has taken charge of the Carroll’s four children.

The longer and more information that comes out on the “confession” of John Karr in the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, the more it looks like its a hoax. Many have speculated that the Boulder, CO DA best have more up their sleeve than a confession from what can best be described as a less than stable individual. Could the DA possibly have brought John Karr all the way from Thailand to CO and arrested him on only a confession?
Now the family of John Karr is stating that he was with them for Christmas 1996. John Karr’s father and half brother are both stating that he is not guilty and that Karr was most likely in either Atlanta or Alabama.
Asked if John Karr, who now sits in a Colorado jail awaiting charges in the Ramsey case, could have been involved in the girl’s death, the suspect’s half brother, Nate Karr. said, “Absolutely not. Emphatically, absolutely without a doubt impossible.”
About his son’s apparent television confession in Thailand, Karr’s father, Wexford Karr, added, “I don’t believe a word of it.”
Asked whether Karr was with his family on Christmas 1996, Nate Karr told ABC News, “Well, I can say almost without question that from the time that John had children he has never missed a Christmas with his family — and that’s any Christmas. So, whether it be in Atlanta with us or with Lara in Alabama, we are positive that from the time period that he had children that he’s never missed a Christmas with his children.”

John Karr was also provided an alibi by his ex-wife who stated he was not in Boulder, CO.
Karr’s family has said that he was not in Boulder, Colo., at the time of JonBenet’s killing. Lara Karr told ABC News affiliate KGO-TV in San Francisco that she was with her former husband in Alabama, where they lived at the time of JonBenet’s killing, and that she did not believe he was involved in the slaying.

Bruno’s Granddaughter, 20, Is Found in Times Square
The missing granddaughter of Joseph L. Bruno, the majority leader of the State Senate, was found early yesterday in Times Square, where she had gone with a man who has been convicted of trying to bribe a Bronx police officer, officials said.
The man, John Savage, 30, was arrested on a probation violation shortly after he pulled up in a car at Broadway and 45th Street, according to the New York police. In 2002, Mr. Savage was convicted of paying a police officer $690 to tip him off about crackdowns on prostitution in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx, an area plagued by that problem. Fernando Pascual, 22, of North Fort Meyers was sentenced to 10 years in prison for harboring a 13 year old Guatemalan girl as a sex slave and housekeeper. Also charged were Pascual, his sister, Matilde Pascual Andres, and Andres’ husband, Pascual Miguel Sebastian.
A U-S district judge sentenced 22-year-old Fernando Pascual Tuesday. As part of a plea deal, Pascual pleaded guilty in March to charges of sex trafficking and harboring an illegal immigrant for commercial gain. His sentence of ten years was in exchange for the victim not having to testify.
Pascual, his sister, Matilde Pascual Andres, and Andres’ husband, Pascual Miguel Sebastian, were charged in May 2005 with harboring a young girl in a Cape Coral home.
Prosecutors said the girl was bought in Guatemala and brought to Cape Coral, where she was raped, beaten and forced to work.

Craig Roger Gregerson, you belong in the 7th circle of Hell for what you did to 5 year old Destiny Norton. Who knew that with crimes against children that consist of rape, molestation and murder that there would be levels of severity?
There is actually no punishment that we have in the present US justice system that would be acceptable. For you Craig Roger Gregerson I would actually bring back public stoning for just one day. Laws and punishments were not made with such sick human beings like yourself.
Gregerson’s mother-in-law also made it clear that she hopes justice is done, and that Destiny’s accused killer goes away for good.
“I hope he never sees the light of day again… outside of prison.” – Gregerson’s mother-in-law
(KUTV)
As Destiny Norton’s funeral takes place today at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS church, Craig Roger Gregerson was charged Friday with crimes against 5 year old Destiny Norton that are unspeakable.
To send your condolences to the family click here.
Gregerson remains in the Salt Lake County Jail where he is being held on a $5 million dollar bond for multiple counts against 5 year old Destiny. According to the Court Documents, what Gregerson did defies belief”
Count I. Criminal Homicide:
- Craig Roger Gregerson intentionally and knowingly cause the death of Destiny Norton
- The defendant committed the crime of abuse or desecration of a dead human body in that the defendant committed or attempted to commit upon the dead human body of DN any act of sexual penetration.
Count II. Child Kidnapping in the first degree.
Press Statement from Salt Lake City District Attorney
The Press statement includes the cause of death as reported by the medical examiner.
Todd Grey, Chief Medical Examiner for the State of Utah, performed an autopsy on Destiny’s body on July 25, 2006. Dr Grey observed on her body consistent with post-mortem vaginal penetration. Dr Grey opined that the manner of Destiny’s death was homicide and that the cause of death was consistent with smothering.
At some point one has to wonder what we can do to rid our society of such individuals. Calling them animals would be a disservice to actual animals everywhere. It is unimaginable that they walk among us.
