Stepha Henry has been missing since May 29, 2007 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She attended a reggae concert and got into a car with a man and has never been seen or heard from since.
Description:
- Sex: Female
- Age: 22
- Race: Black
- Height: 5’2″
- Weight: 110
- Hair: Red
- Eyes: Brown
The two went to a reggae concert on Sunday, then late Monday night, Stepha told her aunt she was going to Club Peppers, a nightclub in Fort Lauderdale. Her family watched her get into a dark-colored 4-door Acura Integra with a man, and that’s the last they saw of her.
Police say video taken by a promotional company at Club Peppers that night shows Stepha there, and detectives say people saw her at the club, and saw her leave. Police also questioned the man she rode with to the club. He says they separated once they got there. The only other clue for police is that Stepha checked her cell phone voice mail at 4:13 a.m. But Stepha never made it back to her aunt’s house. (AMW)

Car sought for clues to woman’s disappearance
Police said they have no suspects in the case. Frustrated by the lack of progress, Henry’s parents — Steve and Sylvia — have moved to Florida temporarily from New York to try to draw more public attention to the case.
Henry was visiting her aunt in South Florida for Memorial Day weekend along with her teenage sister. On the evening she disappeared they had been to a barbecue with friends. (CNN)
The tragedy of this case is that Stepha Henry is a graduate of criminal justice. Doesn’t this sound a lot like the Imette St. Guillen case.
Her aunt, Carletha Clarke, told the Trinidad Guardian newspaper that police did not contact her until June 6, more than a week after the disappearance.
“I’m very disappointed, because being so long, anything could have happened.”
Henry is an honors graduate in criminal justice and was planning to go to law school next year.
Her parents said she has always been fascinated by crime.

Former LSU Tiger defensive end and present day New England Patriot, Marquise Hill had been reported missing since Sunday night when he did not return from recreational activities on Lake Pontchartrain. Hill was reported missing after a jet ski accident.
Today his body was found Monday in Lake Pontchartrain after what is reported as being a jet ski accident. What a tragic incident and a life cut so short.
“The family will have to make positive identification,” Capt. Brian Clark of the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Department said. “But the body we found was that of Mr. Marquise Hill.”
The body was discovered about a quarter-mile from where Hill and a female companion were involved in the accident, Clark said.
The Coast Guard was called Sunday night, Petty Officer Tom Atkeson said. The search began immediately, using boats and helicopters.
By the time the body was found, the Coast Guard, Wildlife and Fisheries, the New Orleans Police Department and Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Department were involved, Clark said. (Fox News)
The owner of the New England Patriots Bob Craft made the following comment, We are all shocked.” Hill played on the LSU national Championship team and was a second round draft pick of the Patriots. God bless and rest in peace.
Update I: Patriots’ Hill mourned as ‘a hero until the end’
The death of New England Patriots defensive end Marquise Hill, who fell off a personal watercraft Sunday in Lake Pontchartrain, was ruled an accidental drowning Tuesday.

We are saddened to report that the body of missing Fort Drum soldier, Joseph Anzack Jr was found yesterday in the Euphrates River in Iraq. Anzack was one of the soldiers missing in Iraq who was kidnapped two weeks ago while patrolling near Baghdad. God bless and thank you for your service and ultimate sacrifice to our country.
The military says the body found in the Euphrates River yesterday in Iraq is one of the Fort Drum soldiers who was kidnapped about two weeks ago.
Joseph Anzack, Jr., 20, and two other soldiers have been missing since they were ambushed while patrolling near Baghdad. A group linked to al-Qaida is taking the credit for that ambush. The military is doing a DNA test to confirm that the body is, in fact, Anzack’s.
Initial reports also said a second body had been found near the same location. But the search is still ongoing for the other two soldiers.
Joseph Anzack Remembered by High School Friends
TORRANCE (AP) — Schoolmates remembered Pfc. Joseph Anzack Jr. as a gentle jock and turned their school into a makeshift memorial after learning Army officials had confirmed the 20-year-old’s body was found during an exhaustive search for him and two other soldiers ambushed in Iraq. Friends at South High School, where Anzack graduated just two years ago, observed a moment of silence Thursday and described him as a “pumped up” athlete who made them laugh and comforted them when they needed it.
”You’d be sad and sitting there by yourself, and he’d come up to you and just talk to you, and say, ‘Hey, how’s your day? Are you OK?”’ childhood friend Erika Esquivel said.
The school’s front steps became a shrine of flowers, flags and balloons, marked with a sign reading: “You’re our HERO.” The soldier’s Web page was also flooded with condolences.

16 months into the investigation into the disappearance of Jennifer Kesse, Orlando police have released a video tape of what they say is a suspect in the case. The supposed break in this case is more or less information that has been present for quite some time. However, now the police have agreed to make public this information and let the general public see the video.
See VIDEO HERE.
The problem is, they lack a clear photo, a name and cannot say for sure whether it is a man or a woman.
But after months of debate between Kesse’s parents and detectives — and solid leads exhausted — police decided Thursday to release a grainy, out-of-focus, wide-angle surveillance-camera video showing a person who parked Kesse’s car at a south Orlando condominium complex. The suspect, estimated to be 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall, then was recorded walking away by another security camera about noon Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2006. (Sun Sentinel)

Jennifer Kesse: Still Missing Without a Trace
A week ago the Orlando police released that grainy video to the public. The video shows someone parking Kesse’s car in a condominium lot near her home on the day she disappeared.
Police say they didn’t release the video earlier because they were hoping to use it to check the story of any suspects. Sgt. Barbara Jones of the Orlando Police Department told ABC News that the video was held back “as an investigative tool to be able to lock a suspect into the story,” but added that “its release could generate more leads, significant leads which may break the case.”
Police hope that, despite the rough quality of the video, it might jog someone’s memory about seeing that person that night. Kesse, at 5 feet 8 inches, is at least four inches taller than the person on the video. She has sandy blond shoulder-length hair and green eyes and weighs 125 pounds. But the past week has yet to yield results. (ABC News)
On The Record interview with Drew & Joyce Kesse, transcript from “On the Record ,” May 17, 2007
DREW KESSE: I think they’re father ahead. Are we close? No, I don’t think we’re close. There’s a lot still just very unknown. You know, a lot of times, the word vanishment (ph) comes up. I have to be honest with you. But leads are still being called in every day. It’s an amazing thing that, you know, 15-and-a-half months, we still get leads. We have a personal lead phone. Just last week, there were seven leads on that phone alone that came to us. So the community is very aware, and actually, the United States is very aware. And the calls come in, they just have not been the proper call.

37 year old Lisa Stebic and mother of two has been missing since Monday, May 1, 2007. According to the police there has been no activity on her cell phone or credit cards.
Description of Lisa Stebic:
- Lisa, 37, is 5′ 2″ tall
- 120 pounds
- brown hair
- hazel eyes
- She has two visible tattoos, a small rose on her ankle
and a large butterfly on her lower back.
Monday will mark one week since the 37-year-old mother of two vanished from her home. Her husband told investigators she left to work out with a partner she met on-line and never came back. Those who know Stebic say that’s out of character.
“There is no way that she would ever leave her children–never, ever,” said Greenberg.
No one can understand what could have happened to Stebic. She is a devoted mother, the job that she had as a lunch lady, she had, so she could always be home for her children when they got home from school.
One one red flag that goes off is that Lisa Stebic and her husband were living together while going through the final stages of their divorce. Hmm.
Stebic and her spouse were living together while divorcing. He has told police he does not believe she would have left on her own. Her sisters and parents don’t think so either. Sunday they joined the group searching remote fields for any sign of her. (CBS Chicago 2)
The family has put up a web site in hopes of gaining further information and getting the word out to help find Lisa Stebic … www.findlisastebic.com.
Help this family find Lisa Stebic.
