First it was decomposition found in the trunck of Casey Anthony’s car, now reports are stating that traces of chloroform have also been discovered in Casey Anthony’s vehicle. It is also known that Casey’s computer that was previously confiscated showed visits to web sites regarding chloroform.
How is this one going to be explained away by the family? The evidence is munting against Casey Anthony. At this point they could probably re-arrest Casey without a body.

The much anticipated results are in from the tests of the car trunk of Casey Anthony. The University of Tennessee Body Farm reveal that the smell in the trunk of Casey Anthony, the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee, is human decomposition.
Air sample tests taken from Anthony’s trunk were sent on Aug. 10 by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office to be analyzed at the University of Tennessee Forensic Anthropology Facility, known as the “Body Farm.”
According to two sources, including one with direct knowledge of the investigation, initial tests on that foul odor in Casey Anthony’s car have come back positive for human decomposition. The finding is the first scientific signal that a dead body was in Casey Anthony’s car.
DNA Tests From Car Trunk Indicate Caylee Anthony Is Dead
Concrete results were back from FBI DNA tests on physical evidence found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car. The samples, which included hair that investigators said was scientifically linked to Caylee, a stain and dirt, came back positive for signs of decomposition. Investigators said more results were expected from tests done on other evidence but all indications are Caylee Anthony is dead.

51 year old Josephine Frenna from Fort Lauderdale, FL has been missing since Thursday, August 21, 2008. Josephine Frenna had sought a restraining order from her estranged husband, 58 year old Gerardo Di Marco. Not again, looks like another case of a divorce going terrible wrong. Why can’t people just allow the other to walk away?
Josephine Frenna
Josephine Frenna, 51, who recently moved from Canada, previously told a Broward County judge that she and her son were “affraid for our life” because her estranged husband, Gerardo Di Marco, is “violent” and “dangerous,” the Herald reported.
Di Marco filed for divorce last week, and Frenna was scheduled to be in court Friday for a hearing on the restraining order against him.
Frenna’s 14-year-old son became suspicious Thursday when he returned from school to find his mother’s car, purse and cell phone, but no trace of her. Police have searched nearby apartments, hospitals, jails and airlines with no luck.
Frenna’s family and friends have been interviewed as well. De Marco was located Friday by Fort Lauderdale police and has been cooperative, police told the Herald.
”We want to find out what happened,” Steve Stabile, a family spokesman, said.
According to Det. Kathy Collins, a Fort Lauderdale Police spokeswoman, “there is no evidence that a crime was committed;” however, the relatives of missing Josephine Frenna fear foul play. Police have also interviewed the estranged husband, Di Marco, whom police said ”is being cooperative,”
She disappeared a day before a court hearing in which she was going to ask a judge to continue a restraining order — first issued in July — against her estranged husband, 58-year-old Gerardo Di Marco.
He filed for divorce last week.
Although Frenna was absent from the hearing, Broward Circuit Court Judge Jack Tuter extended the restraining order, according to Michael Emery, Frenna’s attorney.
”I have not heard anything about Josephine,” Emery said.
”She was supposed to have come Thursday to see me,” he said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Fort Lauderdale police at 954-828-5700 or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
UPDATE I: Investigators Check to See if Body Is Missing Florida Mom Josephine Frenna
U.S. Coast Guard officials found the body of a woman clad in a blue bathing suit about 20 miles east of the Sebastian Inlet early Sunday afternoon, the Miami Herald reports.
Sgt. Frank Sousa of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department told FOXNews.com that they expected results of the dental records check to be completed on Tuesday.
Woman found off inlet drowned, sheriff’s office says
An autopsy shows that drowning was the cause of death of the woman whose body was found about 24 miles east of the Sebastian Inlet over the weekend, according to the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office.
Fort Lauderdale detectives traveled to St. Lucie today to see whether the body is Josephine Frenna, 51, a Fort Lauderdale woman who vanished Thursday morning.

UPDATE III: Police: Keys found on beach belong to drowned Lauderdale woman
FORT LAUDERDALE – A set of keys found in a bag on a beach belong to a Fort Lauderdale woman who went missing and later was discovered dead in the ocean, police said today.
Although police have not officially determined whether Josephine Frenna’s death was accidental, the finding of the bag suggests that she could have gone for a swim in the ocean before she vanished.
But Frenna’s family held a news conference today to dispute that.
“There is no way that Josephine went into the water of her own volition,” family friend Steve Stabile said at the condo building along Galt Ocean Mile where Frenna lived.

Now 3 year old Caylee Anthony has been missing for over 2 months. There have been few leads as according to reports Caylee’s mother, Casey Anthony, has said little to investigators while behind bars.
At this point in the case, any bit of news or evidence could prove valuable in helping find and solve what happened to Caylee Anthony. An independent volunteer search team for Caylee Anthony might have found potential evidence while searching. They discovered clothing and a backpack and called Sheriff deputies to gather the possible evidence.
