UPDATE I: About 150 People Search for Missing Wisconsin Mother
Family, friends and law enforcement officers planned to regroup Tuesday to resume the search. About 150 people combed the Hatfield area on Monday. Searchers called in a tracking dog, helicopter and dive team as they looked for the mother of two.
“There’s so many dozens of ways that this could have happened,” Sidie’s friend Molly Hoffman told FOX News on Tuesday. “We all hope that she’s being a brat and she’s out there somewhere, but we also have thought about the worst and the more we look, it’s hard to say what actually happened when we have no news at all.”
Sidie’s ex-husband, Doug, says his wife left home about 9 p.m. Friday and never returned.
UPDATE II: Volunteers come up empty-handed on second day of search
Jordann Ojanpa says, “This has been the biggest challenge in the search efforts. Hatfield is completly covered in wooded areas. In over three hours, 160 volunteers could only cover 3 1/2 miles of woods.”
Searches now face the daunting task of sifting through brush and miles of wooded ares, hoping for any signs of Alisha.

UPDATE I: Alaska Community Fears Fate of Missing Mom; Friend: ‘I’ve Got This Gut Feeling That Something Bad Has Happened’
Along the Seward Highway, between the towering cliffs of exposed rock and the fast-icing waters of Turnagain Arm, an abandoned pickup found last month looked to be a promising lead in the search for a woman who vanished on her way to work.
But inside the green 1996 GMC, found some six miles below McHugh Creek on Oct. 31, the belongings of Sheila Kathleen McBroom, 40, remained untouched. There were no signs of foul play, nothing wrong with the car suggesting mechanical malfunction, no suicide note.
UPDATE II: Disappearance of woman baffles family, friends
In the days before she disappeared, one of McBroom’s teenage daughters returned after spending more than a year out of state, and McBroom appeared to be thrilled about the reunion in a personal blog entry dated Oct. 26.
“was sweet to hug my girl again,” she wrote. “really nice to have everybody home at home right now. was so strange (good) to have all of us around the dinner table last night. the small and simple things matter more.”
But McBroom was also stressing about her job with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Elmendorf Air Force Base, said Bishop Lance Nelson, who supervises McBroom’s ward at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
McBroom had gotten renewed interest in the church in recent years and had taught primary school there, Nelson said. He called her a loving mother and said her abrupt disappearance has shocked those who knew her, especially her family.

UPDATE I: Aerial search reveals no clues of Thief River Falls woman’s whereabouts
A Civil Air Patrol airplane flew for several hours Tuesday over Pennington County looking for Gina Lin Anderson, the Thief River Falls woman missing since Oct. 23.
According to a dispatcher in the Pennington County law enforcement center, nothing was found. If the weather cooperates, an aerial search will be done today over Red Lake County, the dispatcher said.
Dave Odette, a local group commander with the Civil Air Patrol, coordinated the aerial search as assistant incident commander Tuesday, on the ground with the sheriff’s office.
A Cessna 172 single-engine four-passenger plane from Grand Rapids, Minn., flew in with three CAP volunteers: a pilot and two passengers, all trained in search and rescue, Odette said.
Using a grid pattern, the CAP plane flew at 1,000 feet, he said. Every 90 minutes to two hours, it would land to give some rest to the volunteers from the intense concentration of the searching, Odette said.
