We have a search alert for the missing 67 year old, Bobby Palmer. He’s been 
missing from his home in Texas City since Tuesday, July 11th and recently had brain surgery and suffers from a list of medical problems.
Palmer recently had brain surgery and finished radiation therapy. He is in immediate need of his antidepressant and seizure medication and is severely diabetic.
Description:
He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, 155 pounds, has blue eyes and was last seen wearing gray sweat pants, an olive green T-shirt and white tennis shoes. He has gray hair, but the sides of his head are bald from chemotherapy treatment. He has a gray beard, with a week of growth.
Texas Equusearch search will begin at 8am, Friday, July 14th and continue until dark. The command center is located at the Stone Ridge Apartments, 1115 Hwy 146, Apt #915, Texas City, TX. Ground searchers and ATVs are needed.

Tamela Gardner, 40, has been missing since Sunday when she left with 40 year old, 
ex-con Gabriel Gabrielli. What in God’s name does someone leave a bar with an ex-con for?
According to investigators, Gardner had returned to her Wilmington home with a man named Gabriel Gabrielli, 41, an ex-convict. Gabrielli’s last known address was in Wayne, PA.
Neighbors said they were convinced that Gardner’s ex-boyfriend was involved, NBC 10 News reported, noting that she had just received a restraining order against him.

Van’s tag number released in search for missing woman
Police describe Gardner’s missing van as a dark red or maroon 2000 Ford Windstar mini-van with a plush dachshund hanging from the rear view mirror and a Harley-Davidson tag on the front bumper.
Gardner’s brother Pat Kreer, one of her seven siblings and half-siblings, today added a new detail for the public to watch for: “The van has a Delaware license plate. It’s PC 188864.”

Foul play suspected in case of missing Mill Creek woman
“I’m here simply because we’re just looking for Tammy for the children’s sake,” he said.
The couple, who are the parents of a girl, 12, and boy, 10, have been divorced more than two years and share custody of the children.
In addition to issuing an updated photo of the missing woman, police today have said they suspect foul play in Sunday’s disappearance of Gardner, who lives in Mill Creek.
New Castle County police also reported a witness last seeing Gardner, 40, at about 1:30 a.m., Sunday, in her Wood Creek neighborhood home with an acquaintance, Gabe Gabriella, 41, of Middletown

The minute Jennifer Hagel Smith signed her name to the Royal Caribbean Cruise 
settlement; we were waiting for the other shoe to drop. It was only a matter of time before the family of missing honeymooner, George Allen Smith IV, went ballistic and after Jennifer Hagel. Personally, I do not blame them one bit. The once united Smith & Hagel family vs. Royal Caribbean cruise lines is over. Although it would appear that the Smith family may have had their suspicions regarding Jennifer Hagel as to what she may have known regarding their son’s disappearance; Jennifer’s actions of settling all but sealed the deal for this family feud to erupt.
They mourned together and shared anger at how Royal Caribbean responded after George Allen Smith IV disappeared in the Mediterranean last July after a night of heavy drinking. They sat together at a congressional hearing last year as they lobbied for changes in how cruise lines report suspected crimes at sea.
But quietly behind the scenes, Smith’s family harbored doubts about his widow, Jennifer Hagel Smith. Those doubts grew into suspicions that erupted after Hagel Smith reached a settlement with Royal Caribbean two weeks ago while Smith’s family sued the cruise line.

The parents of George Allen Smith IV and his sister Bree Smith have been extremely skeptical of Jennifer Hagel Smith. Hagel was found passed out on a floor far from the couple’s cabin, says she has no recollection of what happened to her honeymoon husband. It was suggested that Hagel may have been drugged as to the reason why she was found in the manner she was.
“She’s definitely hiding something,” said Smith’s sister, Bree. “It’s not clear to us whether Jennifer is hiding behavior that is just embarrassing or of some greater importance to the investigation. We have reported all such behavior to the FBI as it occurred.”
The Smith family plans to depose Jennifer Hagel Smith in their law suit. The Smith family claims that they broke off communication with Hagel Smith last fall after she indicated she did not want to be deposed in a civil or criminal case.
What is truly most puzzling, sad and bizarre is the fact that Jennifer Hagel Smith agreed to a settlement with Royal Caribbean. This after she sat with the family of George Smith through out the Congressional proceedings in an attempt to enact change for how the cruise lines deal with crimes aboard their ships. One of the problems with the untold crimes that go unreported and that actually are committed is all too often their is a settlement and the crime is swept under the run in a shroud of confidentiality.
The parents of George Allen Smith and his sister Bree have been resolute in their fight against Royal Caribbean. The Smith family wants answers, not money. The beauty of the Smith family is that they have same strong qualities as Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway, who have fought to find answer to their daughter’s disappearance in Aruba. The Smith’s show the fight and determination that they want answers and they want change. Settlement does seem to be an option for this family. They are not going to let the cruise line off the hook so easily. Maureen Smith put everyone on notice last summer when she stated, “My son’s life is not going to be in vain.”
“We have truth on our side,” Mrs Smith says firmly. “My son’s life is not going to be in vain.”
That is what makes what Jennifer Hagel Smith did all that horrific. How long was she 
actually married to George in that she would up in settle with the enemy vs. providing a united front with the Smith’s against Royal Caribbean. What was she really in this for? What did she want her husbands legacy to be? Money? Why would she have not honored her husband George Smith’s memory with the truth of what happened to him and laws which will dictate cruise ship standards for for how they handle and report crimes.
Jennifer Hagel Smith’s actions seem rather unfortunate. How really could blame parents for wanting to know the truth as to why their son is missing and presumed dead? If that means going after his short term bride for answers who took the easy way out and settled with the agenda ridden cruise line, then so be it. She states she wanted closure as to why she settled after one year. However, how could one really have closure without knowing what really happened? She saw the blood stains outside her cabin and still she settles for money rather than for answers.
One thing is for certain … no change or truth will come out of Royal Caribbean if only settlements are reached with confidentiality clauses attached.

Amelie Weisbecker, 15, a French school student on and exchange program is missing in Scotland. Amelie Weisbecker has disappeared with her male Scottish penpal Conor Cumming after their first meeting. They are thought to have exchanged emails prior to meeting one another.
The pair are thought to have swapped e-mails plotting the escape since the schoolgirl arrived in the UK on 4 July.
Amelie had exchanged love letters with Conor, from Irvine, Ayrshire, for the past 18 months.
It appears that the two had planned this; however, their parents are concerned as neither has much money.
“It appears they had been in correspondence since Amelie arrived. Unfortunately, none of the e-mails say where they intended to go, but they have made certain provisions. They have some clothes and enough money for a few days.
“They may believe they are being very Romeo and Juliet, but don’t have much money and their families are very concerned.”

Walter White, a registered sex offender, was criminally charged today by Davis 
County prosecutors for his role in the death of Samantha Mikesell. Walter White and Samantha Mikesell struck up a friendship in 2005, when she met him through White’s son. White is a registered sex offender since his convicted in 1996 of lewdness involving a child.
Walter White was charged in Farmington’s 2nd District Court with child abuse, a second-degree felony; obstruction of justice, desecration of a body, unlawful sex with a minor and unlawful sex with a 16-year-old, all third-degree felonies. It is in connection with the death of Samantha Mikesell, whose body was found Thursday in Mueller Park Canyon. (The Desert News)
It appears that through the questioning of friends and acquaintances, the police believe that White and Mikesell were more than “just friends“ as Walter White had suggested.
In another bizarre development in this case, prosecutors charged White’s landlord, Deborah Jule, with burglary, a second-degree felony and obstruction of justice, a third-degree felony.
After Bountiful police searched White’s apartment, Davis County 
prosecutors said Deborah Jule broke in through a window and stole a pair of cameras in the apartment.
“A witness indicates there were photos of the girl on the camera,” said deputy Davis County Attorney Steve Major. “She refused to turn over that camera to us and that’s why obstruction of justice.”
The cause of death has yet to be determined; however, a medical examiner stated there were no signs of trauma, and toxicology reports are pending.
She was found in oak brush wearing a bra and jeans but no shirt.
White has told police the pair went up the canyon Sunday night, drank liquor and took his antidepressant medication, but he has claimed he doesn’t remember anything between walking up the canyon and waking up in the lap of a dead Mikesell.
Pickett said White is being cooperative, but his version of events might not be accurate. Meanwhile, police on Friday were seeking a warrant to search White’s computer to see if he used it to speak with Mikesell and to to entice underage girls.
“What we found out so far is he has at least tried and maybe has picked up other 14- and 15-year-old girls,” Pickett said.

Search Resumes for Missing Lincoln County Teen
Police and volunteers resumed their search Monday for a missing Lincoln County, Missouri teenager.
Hundreds of people joined in the search over the weekend for 13-year-old Bianca Noel Piper, who has been missing since Thursday evening.
Bianca was last seen around 6:00 Thursday walking along McIntosh Hill Road in Foley, Missouri.

Description:
Smith-Bryce was last seen wearing blue jeans, brown clogs and a two-piece blue top worn under a white tank top, police said. She also has a diamond stud nose ring on her left nostril. Standing 5-foot, 3-inches tall and weighing 130 pounds, Smith-Bryce had shoulder length light brown hair with blonde streaks.

The body of missing 16 year old Samantha Mikesell was found in Meuller Park, a 
wooded area in the Bountiful foothills in Utah. Police were lead police to the area of Samantha’s body search where dogs located her. She had been missing since Sunday.
Police have found the body of a missing teenager while acting on information from her suspected abductor.
Police first believed the girl may have run away until information from their investigation led them to a man that may have been with her when she disappeared.

BOUNTIFUL — Police found the body of a missing 16-year-old girl today in Mueller Park Canyon. A convicted sex offender who has been living in Woods Cross is being questioned about any role he may have played in her death.
Search dogs discovered the body of Samantha Mikesell in some brush and undergrowth near the backyard of a home on Wood Hollow Drive. Police said they found empty pill bottles nearby.
Officers on Thursday were questioning Walter White, 38, who admitted that he had been with Mikesell since Sunday. Bountiful police said White admitted to picking up Mikesell on Sunday at Dee’s Restaurant in Bountiful, where she worked, and taking her to the canyon.(Desert News)
It was originally though that the two had met on the internet; however, later determined that Samantha had met her assailant through the man’s son. What were the odds that Samantha Mikesell’s alleged killer was a previous sex offender?
The unnamed man is a registered sex offender with the State of Utah. In 1996 he was convicted of lewdness involving a child, a class B misdemeanor. He has not been charged with a crime involving Mikesell.

Police said Mikesell met White through his son, and the two were friends. Officers seized a mattress and a computer from White’s apartment on Thursday. However, police said there was no evidence of a sexual relationship between White and Mikesell.

Walter Andrew White is just another example of the system giving sex offenders ever chance in the world so that they can ultimately kill. What in the hell is wrong with out legal system that provides opportunity after opportunity for sex offenders to commit crimes until they finally kill? Only then do we take it seriously. What purpose would a 38 year old registered sex offender and a 16 year old girl need to have a relationship?
Bountiful Detective Paul Cardell noticed White, who was convicted in 1996 of lewdness involving a child, had scratches on his arms and face, and he admitted picking up Mikesell Sunday from her job at a Dee’s Restaurant in Bountiful.
At that point police took him to the station for questioning and searched his home and car, confiscating his computer and a mattress, Lt. S.A. Gray said.
White told detectives he had been with the Viewmont High School student in the foothills east of Bountiful but does not remember anything between the time he was with her and the time he woke up in the Lakeview Hospital.
Officers said Davis County sheriff’s deputies found him disoriented in the foothills earlier this week and had him taken to the hospital.
Police said others have told them the pair went into the canyon intending to commit suicide.
White met the teen through his son or stepson, police said, and they would talk on the Internet.

UPDATE: Walter White Had Past Says Relative
Walter White’s family and estranged wife knew that he was seeing a 16–17 year old girl, obsessed over her and was a registered sex offender. All this and they told no one? The family urged him to stop seeing Samantha. Did they warn her family? Either the answer is no or if they did, then Samantha’s family knew their 17 year old daughter was associating with a sex offender. The latter I find hard to believe.
Walter White’s family and his estranged wife say he met Samantha Mikesell about a year ago and the two saw each other often.
White’s family told us they met through one of White’s sons. Several family members told us it was a friendship that broke up Walter White’s marriage. Another family member told us it was more than a friendship and seemed a lot like obsession.
Walter White and Samantha Mikesell met a year ago. Some family members say they were just friends and never alone, others say it was more than that. All agreed it was not healthy, and both had a history of suicide attempts.
White’s sister-in-law says the relationship was obsessive; they talked about being in love. She says he admitted he could not leave young girls alone.
Sister-in-Law: “Walter has a horrible, sexual abuse, um past, where he’s been in trouble with the law.”
The family urged him to stop seeing the teen. They tried to stay in touch and make sure he was getting counseling and taking his medicine.

Several tips of sightings have been called in since the alert was issued about 1:30 p.m., but none have panned out, police said.
Police believe Danyelle Hawkins, 17, was kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend, 24-year-old Steven Anthony Herman, and his friend, a man police and relatives only know as John, who also goes by the nickname “Ernie,” police said.
