Tabethia Smith-Bryce, 17, Reported missing in Vermont
Tabethia Smith-Bryce has been missing since July 4. Tabethia Smith-Bryce could be with Randy Blake, 41.
Description:
Smith-Bryce was last seen wearing blue jeans, brown clogs and a two-piece blue top worn under a white tank top, police said. She also has a diamond stud nose ring on her left nostril. Standing 5-foot, 3-inches tall and weighing 130 pounds, Smith-Bryce had shoulder length light brown hair with blonde streaks.
Police reported Smith-Bryce could be with Randy Blake, 41, also from the Charleston area. She may be traveling in a green 1999 Mercury Cougar with a Vermont registration of EEH697, according to police.
