Daniel Compton, Georgia Tech Senior, Missing Since February 17

Daniel Compton, 21, was last seen on February 17, 2006 at 1:00am leaving Moondogs a Buckhead bar in Atlanta, GA. He may be driving a 1998 Honda Civic Silver 4dr LX with Texas License Plate #C91-CKV. It’s unknown what he was wearing.

Volunteers Needed To Search For Missing Tech Student

Texas EquuSearch has joined the search for Daniel Compton.

The same search company that flew to Aruba to help Natalee Holloway’s family, are coming to Atlanta Saturday, March 4 to help Daniel Compton’s family search for him. The searchers and Compton’s family are asking for volunteers to help them with their search.

Daniel Compton’s family was in Atlanta, GA in an effort to help find the missing Georgia Tech senior.

Members of Compton’s family were in town over the weekend to hand out missing person fliers. The family, who’s from Texas, is offering a ten-thousand dollar reward for information about Compton.

Norma Perales, 42, suffers from schizophrenia is Missing

Texas Equusearch conducted a search on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 by 4-wheeler in Mason Park in Houston, TX where Norma’s car was found with no result. She is still missing and we need your viewers help to generate any tips or leads.

Norma suffers from schizophrenia and was last seen at her home located in the 400 block of Shotwell, Houston, TX on Sunday, February 19, 2006 at approx 5:30pm. When her family returned home she was gone along with her vehicle. The vehicle was located early Wednesday, February 22, 2006 in Mason Park in Houston, TX and an immediate search of the area by Texas Equusearch on 4-wheelers produced no results. Norma currently has blonde hair; no photo.

Victoria “Ariell” Sterner, 14, Missing Since February 10th

Victoria “Ariell” Sterner, 14, from League City, TX was last seen at her home in the 1000 block of Third Street at 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 10. Texas EquuSearch has joined the search for the missing teen.

She was wearing a pink muscle shirt with a pink dragon fly decoration, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes with black and white laces. Ariell may have her backpack with her; it is grey with multicolor Hawaiian style flowers.

Pastor Rafael Rodriguez, 42, Missing for more than a Week

Rafael Rodriguez, 42, of Bacliff and the Pastor of the Church of God Sabbath Day in Houston, TX has been missing since 9 pm February 10.

The man is 5 feet, 8 inches, 160 pounds and has brown eyes and hair.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a tan short-sleeved shirt, a green windbreaker with a BMI logo and brown boots. He did not take his car, identification, credit cards or money, officials with the search and rescue team said.

Unfortunately our search for Pastor Rafael Rodriguez has been called off until further tips and leads come in. We did an extensive search of over 40 square blocks in Rafael’s neighborhood including abandoned houses, businesses, wooded areas, over grown fields and lots, and along the shore with no luck.

Valeta “Val” Marino has been missing since Thursday, February 16, 2006

81 yr old Valeta “Val” Marino has been missing since approx 4pm on Thursday, Valeta MarinoFebruary 16, 2006. Val was last seen wearing a navy blue & light grey (horizontal striped) v-neck top, navy blue slacks, and navy blue sandals; she does not have a coat with her.

She suffers from Alzheimer’s and high blood pressure and needs medication. She left her home located in the 1500 block of Sweet Grass Trail in Houston, TX heading to her beauty salon called Envogue, 12615 I45N, Houston, TX; she never arrived.

Texas EquuSearch: Amber Lyn Smith Search Alert (February 7, 2006)

Search Alert! Search plans are underway for a search in Seguin, TX for Amber Lyn Smith to begin on Tuesday, February 7th, 2006. Texas EquuSearch and Tim Miller, will need Amber Smithas many volunteers as possible including those with 4-wheelers and possibly horses. The command center location will be announced soon. Amber Lyn Smith was last seen by her boyfriend at 10pm on 1/28/06 in their home located on Aldama St in Seguin, Texas. She left without her purse and identification and also left behind 2 small children. Ms Smith was last seen wearing red/pink pajamas. She has tattoos on her back, stomach, and right foot.

“We talked at midnight and everything was fine,” said Smith’s sister, Allison Scheffel. “We talked on a daily basis, two or three times a day.”

Smith’s common-law husband told police that Smith was gone when he returned home Sunday morning from a night of partying. He said the couple’s 4-year-old and 1-month old sons were left alone in the house.

Seguin police investigators said they’re following leads and interviewing people to narrow their focus. Smith’s common-law husband is said to be cooperating with police.

Robin Turn’s body Found by Texas EquuSearch Volunteers

Sad news out of Harris County. The search for Robin Turner ended at 12:15pm on Thursday, January 26, 2006 when 2 volunteers discovered what appear to be human remains.

There is no confirmed ID at this time. Please direct all questions to Harris County Constable Pct 4. Special thanks to Harris County Pct 4, their Citizen’s Patrol, and Texas Equusearch members.

From KPRC, Body Found May Be Missing Woman.

A body found Thursday in northeast Harris County may be that of a missing 51-year-old woman, officials told PRC Local 2.

An autopsy will confirm the identity and the cause of death.

Update: Charlie James Townsel has been located!!!

Charlie Townsel was located at 6:20pm, Saturday, January 21, 2006 thanks to the extensive search efforts of Joe Huston, Steve Pitzer, and other Texas Equusearch members. Special thanks to all media for their help. Charlie is in route to an area hospital. Please pray for his recovery.

Kudos to the great team effort of individuals getting the word out, volunteers searching and the Texas EquuSearch Team for a tremendous job.
