Craig Roger Gregerson, you belong in the 7th circle of Hell for what you did to 5 year old Destiny Norton. Who knew that with crimes against children that consist of rape, molestation and murder that there would be levels of severity?

There is actually no punishment that we have in the present US justice system that would be acceptable. For you Craig Roger Gregerson I would actually bring back public stoning for just one day. Laws and punishments were not made with such sick human beings like yourself.

Todd Grey, Chief Medical Examiner for the State of Utah, performed an autopsy on Destiny’s body on July 25, 2006. Dr Grey observed on her body consistent with post-mortem vaginal penetration. Dr Grey opined that the manner of Destiny’s death was homicide and that the cause of death was consistent with smothering.

At some point one has to wonder what we can do to rid our society of such individuals. Calling them animals would be a disservice to actual animals everywhere. It is unimaginable that they walk among us.

Jennifer Moore, 18, New Jersey Girl abducted, beaten and killed.

Once again we are presented with a senseless killing of a teenage girl by animals. Teenagers have to understand though, that they are not prepared for what they may come across in the real world. When they have to sneak out of the friendly confines of their home, they are entering a world that they know nothing of. Such was the unfortunate case of 18 year old Jennifer Moore. The two teenagers that went to NYC for a night of fun were unprepared for things that could have gone wrong. Things went terribly wrong.

The teens drank heavily until 2:30 a.m., police said, when they walked back to where they had parked the car and discovered it had been towed. About an hour later they took a cab to the NYPD impound lot at Pier 76.

Clearly drunk, Kenan cursed loudly after an impound clerk told her she couldn’t have the car back until she sobered up. Kenan continued to argue with the clerk and then collapsed shortly after 4 a.m. After employees called an ambulance, Moore wandered off.

At this point Moore had been separated from her friend, alone and vulnerable. It was only a matter of time before she became a victim.

Lost on the far West Side, Moore used her cell phone at 5:08 a.m. to call her boyfriend, Kofi Boakye, in New Jersey. She told him she thought she was being followed, police said. Boakye, 18, told her to take a cab to the hospital.

But two minutes later, Coleman had Moore’s cell phone and she was never heard from again. Cops believe Coleman lured Moore into a cab by telling her he was going to New Jersey.

Jennifer Moore had been missing for 2 days until her body was found in a dumpster.

The 18-year-old’s body was discovered about 4:30 a.m. yesterday, two days after she got lost walking along 12th Ave. on the West Side, wearing a black halter top and white miniskirt.

Chunks of her long, brown hair had been ripped out of her head and her body horribly bruised.

As ex-con Draymond Coleman, 34, and his prostitute girlfriend were being held in the assault and murder of Jennifer Moore.

“It sounds like somebody got a hold of her very quickly and she never had a chance.” Investigators believe Jennifer Moore was sexually assaulted in a drab room on the third floor of the Park Ave. Hotel in Weehawken, before Coleman strangled and beat her as his lover watched, sources said.

A Teenager’s Last Steps on a Trail of Missed Chances

In a city of random encounters, this one seemed especially touched by chance.

She, a tiny prep-school girl in a miniskirt and halter top, in from New Jersey to go to a club. He, a troubled drifter and convicted felon — a pimp, investigators say, who slept in cheap rented rooms and was in and out of jail for selling drugs.

Then there was the happenstance at play: her boyfriend had not come out with her that night; her friend had gotten drunk, leaving her to wander the streets alone; their cherry red sedan had been towed from a “no standing” zone while they were dancing, leaving her no easy way of getting home.

The rest is just a terrible set of circumstances that lead to her abduction, assault and murder.

Today, 25th anniversary of Adam Walsh’s abduction and murder, President George W. Bush signed the “Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act” into law in a special Rose Garden event. This ground breaking law will finally put teeth in the fight against child sexual predators. It is about time that the United States take this epidemic seriously. All too often offenses against children were brushed aside as “children do not vote”. However, the abduction, sexual exploitation, rape and murder of children has come to the forefront of the American conscience. H.R. 4472 Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act

From the Rose Garden President George W. Bush went on to say:

“Our nation grieves with every family that’s suffered the unbearable pain of a child whose been abducted or abused,” Bush said in a bill-signing ceremony in the Rose Garden. “This law takes an important step forward in this country’s efforts to protect those who cannot protect themselves.”

The Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act will find more than 100,000 sex offenders by creating the first national on-line listing available to the public and searchable by ZIP code. The Child advocates have called the bill the most sweeping sex offender legislation to target pedophiles in years. Unfortunately the ACLU will call it discriminatory or their next crusade. The new law will allow the following:

—Establish a comprehensive federal DNA database of material collected from convicted molesters, and procedures for the routine DNA collection and comparison to the database when someone has been convicted of such an offense.

—Provide federal funding for states to track pedophiles using global positioning devices.

—Allow victims of child abuse to sue their molesters.

The law imposes a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 years for raping a child; a mandatory 10-year penalty for sex trafficking offenses involving children and for coercing child prostitution; and increases minimum sentences for molesters who travel between states.

It is hard to imagine that the penalty is greater for illegally downloading songs off the internet than images of children. Even Democrat and former Presidential Candidate John Kerry is on board with President Bush on this one. Please do not waffle of this one Senator Kerry, our children’s safety is too important to be politicized. I congratulate the Senator from Massachusetts and all those who joined the President on this important legislation.

“It’s an absolute outrage that the penalty for downloading songs illegally off the Internet was three times the penalty for downloading disgusting images of children,” Kerry said. “We need to do everything we can to end the disgrace of child pornography. This is a start.”

She was abducted at gunpoint by an ex-boyfriend, Steven Anthony Herman, as her 9 year old brother witnessed the events. Several tips of sightings have been called in since the alert was issued about 1:30 p.m., but none have panned out, police said.

Police believe Danyelle Hawkins, 17, was kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend, 24-year-old Steven Anthony Herman, and his friend, a man police and relatives only know as John, who also goes by the nickname “Ernie,” police said.

Two Illegal Aliens, Javier Guzman Martinez & Noel Darwin Hernandez Run 18 year old off road and Rape her

Just when we are told that illegal aliens only want to do the jobs that most Americans do not want to do we hear stories like this. An 18 year old is in stable condition after being run off the road in Central TX, raped and assaulted. Wilson said Javier Guzman Martinez, 17, and Noel Darwin Hernandez, 22, both of Mexia, had been arrested for the crime. Let’s hope we do not get a brilliant judge that will allow bail, think they might be a flight risk?

The 18-year-old woman was in stable condition Thursday following surgery. She had walked and crawled a half-mile to find help after her abductors left her for dead along a highway early Wednesday morning, authorities said.

The woman told investigators she was driving at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday on a state highway toward her home in a Limestone County town when a car rammed her sport utility vehicle and forced her off the road, Wilson said.

The woman told investigators that the men forced her into their car, and then drove around rural county roads while they sexually assaulted, stabbed and beat her, Wilson said.

The woman said the men left her about a mile south of Coolidge in a ditch, where she pretended to be dead until they left, Wilson said. She then found help at a nearby trailer.

All illegals are not here for the noble reasons of wanting jobs and sending monies back to Mexico. That is a bad element in all populations. This evil percentage happens to be moving around under the radar. Are these the people we want in our country? Think they will ever sign up for these so-called amnesty plans that are floated? There is a long line of crimes committed by illegals … it is bad enough we have to deal with our own US citizens when it comes to crimes, but illegals as well?

Martinez was being held in the Limestone County Jail while Hernandez was to be transferred to Limestone County from McLennan County, officials said. Wilson said both men are apparently in the United States illegally and will be held without bond on immigration charges. Hernandez is from Honduras, and Martinez is from Mexico, Wilson said.

Maria Chrisalee (Salee) Aparece drove to the 7700 block of Alperton Dr in Houston, TX to deliver a set of keys to Huy Ngo on Sunday, June 18, 2006. She was last heard from at 2am, on Sunday, June 18th. Her friend, Huy Ngo, is also missing. Aparece’s vehicle was found abandoned in Humble, TX on June 21st.

Huy Ngo, 17 years old, was last seen in the 7700 block of Alperton Dr in Houston, TX on Sunday, June 18, 2006. He left with his friend, Maria Chrisalee (Salee) Aparece, who is also missing. Couple Disappears After Carjacking

Foul play was believed to be involved in the disappearance of a 23-year-old Sugar Land woman and a 17-year-old male from Houston who were apparently car-jacked, KPRC Local 2 reported Thursday.

Maria Chrisalee Aparece was last seen on Sunday at 1 a.m. when she left her family’s home and drove to Houston to return keys to a friend, Huy Ngo, who also disappeared.

HOUSTON — The bodies believed to be a missing 23-year-old woman and 17-year-old boy were found Friday afternoon, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Maria Chrisalee Aparece and Huy Ngo were last seen Sunday night before they were apparently carjacked.

Officials said two bodies were found in a field near Deutser and Gateway Drive in northeast Houston. Investigators said the bodies had been there for at least two days.

Birmingham Attorney Sandra Eubank Gregory, 34, abducted from a parking lot outside of her law office

Sandra Eubank Gregory, 34, a Birmingham, AL attorney was abducted from a parking lot outside of her downtown law office at 8:30 AM EDT and is presently missing. She was forced in to her four-door Lexus RX 300. According to reports, there have been several withdrawals from ATM’s at three AmSouth banks.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Birmingham police have surrounded a greenish-gray Lexus in a public housing community in search of a female lawyer who was abducted at gunpoint Wednesday morning, The Birmingham News reported.

Sandra Eubank Gregory, 34, was allegedly abducted from a parking lot outside of her downtown law office at 8:32 a.m. EDT and forced into her four-door Lexus RX 300. The Birmingham News reported that police were scouring the Cooper Green public housing community in West Birmingham late Wednesday afternoon in their search for Gregory, who is also believed to have withdrawn money under the threat of force from several ATMs.

Description:

Gregory was wearing a red tank top, black capri pants and several hoop earrings, Irby said. The gunman was described as wearing a striped, short-sleeve shirt with dark pants and sunglasses.

Amber Alert Issued for 13 Year Old Florida Teen Marlene Brito (Update: Found Safe)

Marlene Brito, 13, of Interlachen has been missing since Sunday afternoon. An Amber Alert has been issued for Marlene Brito. She is believed to be with 25 year old Juan Martinez-San Augestino. Earlier a child endangerment alert is issued for the Alachua County, but had been upgraded to an Amber Alert.

Marlene Brito, 13, of Interlachen, was last seen Sunday afternoon on a blueberry farm in Windsor, which is the outskirt of Gainesville. The girl told relatives she was going to the restroom but didn’t return.

Investigators believe the teenager may be with another person who was working at the farm, Juan Martinez-San Augestino, 25. They may be traveling in a green, 1994 Plymouth van with the Illinois license plate 9-6-2-0-4-0-0. (CBS4)

UPDATE: Police: Teen Missing From Florida Found In Georgia

Cobb County police said a car carrying Marlene Brito was stopped by officers in Marietta, Ga., and the girl was OK.

An Amber Alert was issued early Wednesday morning in north Florida and Georgia for the girl, who lives in Interlachen, Fla.

Indiana Amber Alert Issued for 14 year old Perla Hernandez

An AMBER ALERT was issued for missing 14 year old Perla Hernandez. It is believed that Perla Hernandez might have been taken by Anita L. C. Hernandez, her stepmother.

Perla Hernandez, 14, is Hispanic. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. Hernandez has brown, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.

Hernandez was last seen at about 5 p.m. Monday at 700 East Old Highway 51 in Wheatland, in Knox County.

Anita Hernandez, 45, is 5 feet 4 inches tall and 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police said she drives a tan 2006 Nissan Maxima with Indiana license number 49 C 3885.
