JAELYN RICE’S MOTHER IS NOT SO INNOCENT.
She has been jailed for the third time now for a reason. Her allegations against the father are untrue and unfounded. She has tried to open up many cases against him with CPS and they were all unfounded. Jaelyn’s GAL’S and others from CA, FL and OH know the truth behind Miss Lewis’s failed attempts. She has abused the court system and that’s why THREE judges and and APPEALS court of judges have also found her in contempt. This is not a case of a father abusing a child. This is a case of a father rights being abused, a daughter’s childhood being ripped away from her along with her innocence, and a mother’s abuse of the court system. Not to mention risking her sister freedom and her own. She has tried the father in Domestic Court AND Juvenile Court. She lost her, her allegations her false unfounded. She appealed in both of these systems and even an entire panel of appeals court judges agree, Cherish is obviously not the better parent.
She also tried to have the judge (that was specially appointed to this case) removed. That didn’t work either. She has accused every system that gets in her way of being BIAS. The court records are available online.

Search “Lewis, Cherish” and you will find all four court cases (domestic court) and two appeals cases she also lots. You will also see she has spent time in jail before for contempt,has MANY CONTEMPT charges over her head already, and you will also find her disrespect to order and the courts.
The original court order says to hand her over to the father.
After Cherish’s stunt went to far this time (Jaelyn has been missing to over 5 months) The appeals courts decided to let Miss Lewis have the option to turn Jaelyn in to Protection Services to be evaluated for a month. (Since Miss Lewis wanted out of jail) She would also be released from jail and Jaelyn would be safe.
Did she turn her over??? NOOO!!So she was found in contempt again.
Why didn’t she hand her over?? Is Jaelyn ALIVE??? She’s obviously not afraid for Jaelyn. This is a selfish stunt shes pulling and she deserves to rot in jail IMO.
