Case of Missing 8 Year Old Sandra Cantu … Police Investigating Suspicious Sealed Container in Pond (Update: Found Deceased)
8 year old Sandra Cantu has been missing since March 27, 2009. Just recently the 
police released video surveillance footage showing the missing girl skipping along a neighborhood street the same day she disappeared.
Now there is news out of Tracy, CA that a suspicious sealed container has been found by a farm team draining an irrigation pond about two miles from Orchard Estate, Sandra’s neighborhood.
“We have no indication that there is anyone or anything in that container,” Tracy Police Department spokesperson Tony Sheneman said Monday afternoon. “But it is important to proceed with caution and with due diligence.”

The case of missing Sandra Cantu has come to a sad end. Police have confirmed that the remains of eight year old Sandra Cantu have been recovered from a suitcase. For more details go to Blink on Crime.
