By the time her father got home, church members, friends, family, and police were looking for her, worried that a neurological problem could make matters worse. Police say Norris was last seen near the intersection of Main Street and Cedar Creek Road in Franklinton. Police have spent the weekend asking drivers if they’ve seen her in the area.

Norris’ family says they’re especially concerned because the 13-year-old has been suffering from a medical condition that has caused seizures. They said she went missing before, as a result of the condition

“We don’t have any leads as far as  where she might be,” said Sgt. Kevin Hornaday, with the Franklinton Police Department. “I believe from what I’ve seen based on the investigation that she might be with someone.”
