22 year old, University of WI – Whitewater student, Kelly Nolan, of Waunakee has been missing since June 23, 2007. She was last seen partying with friends on Madison’s State Street in Madison, WI the night before her disappearance. The family of Kelly Nolan has announced that the reward for Kelly has been raised to $10,000.
The family of a missing University of Wisconsin Whitewater student announced a total of $10,000 in reward money for her safe return. The money comes in the form of two $5,000 reward funds.
The reward has several conditions. It will go to anyone who provides “information resulting in the safe return of Kelly Nolan or the arrest and conviction of a perpetrator involved in a violent crime or homicide,” said Kelly’s mother, Mary Jane Nolan.
One seriously has to wonder why discussing one’s past and trying to possibly tarnish a missing person past has anything to do with finding them. If a person is troubled or has gone through traumatic experiences, is that supposed to make them any less worthy to be found? Kelly Nolan is missing PERIOD!!! She needs to be found.
