The McFarlane family Missing For Over a Week

The McFarlane’s, a family of six, from Westmoreland County, PA have been missing for over a week and there are no clues as to where they might be.

The McFarlane family – father Darren, 26, mother Elizabeth, 31, and their four children, ages 3 to 9 – last had contact with family or friends Feb. 20, Trooper Jeanne Martin said Friday.

The oldest child, Christopher, 9, was in school Feb. 22, but that’s the last time anyone reported seeing any member of the family, Martin said.

Police found no indications in the family’s Westmoreland County home that they had packed for a trip, or any other clues about where they might be.

“There are coats in the house for the kids, shoes and things like that,” Martin said. “We have no idea where they are or if they are OK.”

The family may be traveling in a maroon 1990 Jeep Cherokee Laredo with the Pennsylvania license plate FRC0596.
