According to reports from KOIN, a boat has been seized in the search for the disappearance of the missing 10 year old girl, Adre-Anna Jackson.
An FBI dive team with sonar has been searching nearby American Lake. Thursday, police seized a small boat with an outboard motor that was found on the other side of the lake.
Farrar said it may not be related, but investigators are looking at everything. They’re also checking a trash bin for possible evidence.
A small 15-foot boat with an outboard motor is being investigated by police. The small boat was tied up across the lake at Northlake Park at a public pier for the past few days. No one has come to claim it. Police are being cautious in calling this a break in the case, a case that has had few leads.
Investigators in the disappearance of 10-year-old Adre’Anna Jackson are taking a hard look at a small boat found tied up Friday morning across American Lake from her home.
Police are not calling it a break in the case, just something they’re going to look into as part of their investigation. The small 15-foot boat with an outboard motor was found across the lake at Northlake Park and had been tied up to the public pier for at least a few days — and no one had come to claim it. Police didn’t find anything obvious with the boat, but they took it into custody to investigate just in case.
Police believe the boat came from a nearby community boathouse.

After 8 years on the National Registry for Missing and Exploited Children, Nathalie Garcia was found on Tuesday. The 12 year old girl was found at Malvern Junior High School. Jessica Coman, one of Nathalie’s classmates saw her photograph on a pamphlet from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Unbelievable. What great news.
After 8 years on the National Registry for Missing and Exploited Children, on Tuesday a 12 year old girl was found at Malvern Junior High School.
Malvern Police say Nathalie Garcia was taken from San Antonio, Texas by her biological mother in 1997, when she was just 5 years old. Police say the mother did not have custody of her, because of a previous incarceration, and later kidnapped her during a visitation.
The 8 year old case was cracked on Tuesday, when Garcia’s classmate, Jessica Coman noticed her photograph on a pamphlet from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
“I`m like proud of myself, but I think what if something bad happens to her. What if she`s not happy? It kind of makes me feel guilty,” said classmate Jessica Coman.
“I think this defines her by who she is and who she`ll become, by something she did at 12 years old — I`m amazed,” said Coman’s mother Angie.

The state of Pennsylvania plans to begin posting pictures of missing children in the 21 Pennsylvania Turnpike’s service plazas facilities. They will be working with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children organization and taking advantage of the millions of individuals that pass through the service centers each year in hopes of gaining further exposure to missing children.
GREENSBURG, Pa. – Hoping to take advantage of the millions of travelers who stop at the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s 21 service plazas each year, the state plans to begin posting pictures of missing children in the facilities.
Working with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, the state expects to have the first posters up in plazas within a week, becoming the first state to regularly dedicate space to information on missing children.
The idea to display the posters titled “Picture Them Home,” along with contact information if a person spots a child, came from a Turnpike employee.
The NCMEC wants Pennsylvania to serve as a model as it approaches other states with the idea, and hopes to add posters to service plazas all over the country.
