“He had no history of running away from home, or other previous run-ins with the law,” Deputy Chris Covert stated. (WNDU)

The Indiana State police are going to check Hultgren’s computer to see who he may have recently spoke to on-line. Chad also left his wallet and IPOD on his dresser.

We thought of you with love today,
    but that is nothing new.
    We thought about you yesterday,
    and days before that too.

We think of you in silence,
    we often speak your name.
Now all we have are memories,
and your picture in a frame.

    Your memory is our keepsake,
    with which we’ll never part.
God has you in his keepsake,
we have you in our hearts.

  2. Chad.
We didn’t talk all that much but what I’m always going to remember about you is your smile. I loved your smile. Now that I’ve heard the news, your smiling face just keeps popping into my head. I’m sorry and sad that we didn’t get to talk more and get to know eachother. You will be forever missed.

  4. Chad, to me, you were like a brother, but I didn’t realize this until it was too late. I want to say I’m truly sorry for not being there when you needed me most. If only I had seen it sooner I would have done everything in my power to help you out. I’m sorry, for not being the brother that I feel that I am. You will always be in my mind and soul and I just want you to know that I love you, and I always will love you. And yes, With Dani’s comment, your smile was your feature that would always stand out the most, even now as I remember you, the smile always stands out the most. I’m going to miss you my friend, my brother. If I were to talk about you completely from when I first met you this would end up being as long as a memoir. So I’ll leave it at this brief summary. Until we meet again, adieu.
