Kelly Ann Monahan, 25, vanished into thin air on Valentines Day

Kelly Ann Monahan, 25, was last seen February 14, Valentine’s Day. Her dad, Joe Monahan, said his only child “has vanished into thin air.”

Kelly Ann Monahan spent Valentine’s Day morning working at her parents’ Kensington newspaper stand. Then the 25-year-old stopped by her grandmother’s Juniata home, her family said.

At 3:18 p.m. that day, Feb. 14, Monahan called her grandmother – her last known phone call – to tell her that she was at the Montgomery Mall looking for part-time work.

And sometime after that, Kelly Ann Monahan disappeared.

According to her father she had recently lost her part time job and may have been stressed out, but the following were not the actions of his daughter.

She “was heavily stressed out,” her dad said. “I am sure she was upset” about losing her job.

But running away and not using her credit cards or cell phone are things Kelly Ann Monahan would not do – stressed out or not, her dad said.
(Philadelphia Daily News)

case is still listed as an endangered missing person.

Her tan 2002 Chevy Blazer – Pennsylvania tag GDZ 1073 – also is missing.

Anyone with information about Monahan’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 215-643-3600.

Kelly Ann Monahan still Missing:

Woman remains missing: Police are still working to locate Kelly Monahan, the 25-year-old English Village Apartments resident who has been missing since Valentine’s Day morning.

Monahan, who is originally from Bensalem and recently lived in Hatboro, is 5 feet 5 inches tall, 170 pounds with brown eyes and auburn hair.

  2. Michelle, Please get word to Kelly’s mom & dad that I sent her story to everyone I could e-mail. I also made up a flyer of what her car should look like (stock photo’s) and put her licence number real big. I work at a hospital and I’m posting the flyers. I know Cass and Joe. Tell them it’s me (Pote) and I am hoping and praying for Kelly’s safe return to them and you, michelle, as her best friend. I know it must be an unbearable heartache.

  3. I am also a very good friend of Kelly. I miss her so much and my heart is breaking for her mom and dad. Kelly is one of the greatest poeple you could ever meet. We are all scared and just want some answers. When she first dissapeared it did not feel real, then I tried to help find her by passing out flyers in places that she was said to be spotted. I talked to people in her classes at Bucks County Community College to see if anyone knew anything. I know the papers said sho was depressed but I realy don’t believe in my heart that she hurt herself of just took off. She loved her family and friends too much. I realy miss her and I am pleading for someone to help us find her. I realy want my friend back.
