Police are on the look out for 25 year old Carlton Fenton and his 19 month old son Cameron Fenton.
Cameron Fenton is missing as he was abducted by his father Carlton Fenton from an IHOP in restaurant in Homewood, AL on Saturday, 9/5/09. It is believed that Carlton Fenton is heading toward New York. Fenton could be driving a 2002 black Chevy Tahoe truck with New York license plate tagged EJU1337.
Authorities say the toddler was taken from his mother at the IHOP restaurant in Homewood by the Carlton Fenton on Saturday.
It’s believed that Fenton may be heading toward New York with the toddler.

The Jefferson County DA’s office has signed a Felony warrant on Carlton Fenton for the abduction.
The parents of the missing child were in the midst of a custody battle at the time of the abduction, and while they each had joint custody, investigator James Evans says what the father did was illegal.
Cameron Fenton Description:
19 month old Cameron is described as a black, male toddler, wearing cornrows, a blue Nike short set, and Winnie the Pooh shoes.
Carlton Fenton Description:
The father Carlton Fenton is described as a black, balding male, with a tattoo of a lion on his left bicep. He was last seen wearing an orange shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.

3 year old Ashton Lee Beavis, a Native American boy, has been missing since August 20, 2009 after he was kidnapped by his parents. Shawna Dee & Reginald Frank Beavis after the couple fled Keizer, Oregon, after a tribal court issued a court order that their son be taken into protective custody because of the parents’ failure to comply with court-ordered drug treatment.

The boy, Ashton Lee Beavis, is a Native American boy with black hair and brown eyes. He is about two-and-a-half feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. Keizer police do not have a photograph of him.
There is a statewide warrant in Oregon for the arrest of his father, Reginald Frank Beavis, for contempt of court. He is 40 years old, five feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Police describe Ashton’s mother, Shawna Dee Beavis, 38, as five feet, five inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
They might be driving a red 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Oregon license plate WCT-059.
It is believe the couple along with missing Ashton Lee Beavis might be in the Seattle, WA area.

4 year old Wyatt Thomas Smitsky had been missing since September 4, 2009 when he was last seen at home. He was reported missing by his family around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Sadly, the body of Wyatt Smitsky was found on Saturday stuffed in a septic tank. Police say the boy’s body was found around 12:45 p.m. Saturday after searchers drained a septic tank on property near his home in Greene Township, Beaver County, PA.
Police have described the case as a homicide and have a suspect in custody.
Authorities in western Pennsylvania say the body of a missing 4-year-old boy has been found stuffed in a septic tank. A suspect is in custody.
State police in Beaver County said Wyatt Smitsky was last seen outside his family’s Greene Township home shortly after 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Trooper Robert Lagoon says a septic tank on a neighboring property was drained Saturday and the boy’s body was found. He says authorities “have a known suspect and anticipate filing charges.”
An autopsy has been set for Sunday.
Missing Pa. Toddler Found Dead; Charges Will Be Filed
After an investigation led by Pennsylvania state police, the FBI and the district attorney’s office, authorities have announced that charges will be filed in the death of a 4-year-old child found dead after an extensive search near Hookstown, Beaver County, Pa, about 30 minutes from Weirton, W.Va.
Police have not named a specific person, but they did say that someone will be charged with homicide following the conclusion of an autopsy scheduled for 9 a.m. Sunday.
