AMBER ALERT Issued for 15 Year Old Jacqueline Mendoza in Minnesota (Update: Amber Canceled Found Safe, Couple Arrested)
An AMBER ALERT has been issued for 15 year old Jacqueline Mendoza in St Paul, Minnesota who was assaulted and forced into the suspect vehicle.
Authorities said Jacqueline Mendoza of St. Paul was assaulted by an unidentified 30-year-old Hispanic female and forced into a light blue four-door Chevy, from the 1990s, with license plate number MTH 303 or 303 MTH. The car was last seen traveling east on Concord Street in St. Paul toward Highway 52. (FOX News)

- 18 year old Hispanic male
- Height: 5’10
- black hair
- brown eyes
- weighing 180 pounds
- He was last seen wearing a dark blue nylon “Los Angeles” jacket with white lettering, checkered light blue shirt. Police say the suspect has a history of handguns and long guns
Second Suspect Description:
- an unknown Hispanic female
- approximately 30 years old
- Height: 5′ 11″
- brown eyes
- black hair
- a heavy build
- She was last seen wearing gray sweat pants and black “Los Angeles” jacket with white lettering.
- The suspect vehicle is a 1990′s light blue 4-door Chevy with Minnesota tag MTH 303 or 303 MTH.

Amber Alert issued for abducted St. Paul girl, 15
UPDATE I: Amber Alert Canceled for 15 year old Minnesota Girl.
The Minnesota Crime Alert Network and the St. Paul Police Department canceled the Amber Alert Tuesday morning after the girl was found safe and a suspect taken into custody.
UPDATE I: Man charged in St. Paul Amber Alert case
A woman who was with a man when he allegedly grabbed his 15-year-old girlfriend off a St. Paul street later helped police find the couple, according to a criminal complaint filed today.
The Ramsey County attorney’s office charged David Guzman, 18, with false imprisonment in the case that triggered an Amber Alert. The girl, Jacqueline Mendoza, was found safely.
Police arrested Elizabeth Garcia, 28, on suspicion of kidnapping. She was released from the Ramsey County jail Tuesday pending further investigation.
According to AMW, the Amber Alert was cancelled because she was found safe and the suscpect was arrested.
