AMBER ALERT Issued in Detroit, MI for Kidnapped and Missing 11-day-old Israel Bell (UPDATE: Baby Found Safe in SC)
An AMBER ALERT has been issued for 11 day old Israel Bell in Detroit, MI. Baby 
Israel is described as African-American, 20 inches long, weighing about 8 pounds, and has brown eyes. It is suspected that Israel Bell was taken by a 17 year old knew only as Jasmine.
A woman told investigators she discovered her niece, Israel Bell, was missing when she awoke at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Detroit Police said. The aunt was babysitting Israel, police said.
Also gone was a 17-year-old girl. The aunt suspects the girl took the baby. The aunt only knew the girl as Jasmin, police said.

UPDATE I: Missing Michigan Newborn Girl Found Alive in South Carolina
Israel Bell is now safe and in the hands of authorities. Police say they found her with her suspected abductor Marquesta Nelson, near Duncan South Carolina.
