59 year old Gary Edwin Vance has been missing since April 20, 2007. His 2004 
Cheverlet Trail Blazer was located in Tuscaloosa, AL under a tarp in the parking lot of a Wal-Mart.

- Vance was wearing khaki pants, black shoes and an orange polo-style shirt with “Vance Homebuilders Inc.” embroidered on the chest pocket.

The vehicle of a Gardendale-area man who went missing more than a week ago was found Friday in Tuscaloosa.
Gary Edwin Vance, 59, was last seen on April 20, said his family and officials with the Kimberly Police Department.
His vehicle was discovered Friday afternoon in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart on Skyland Boulevard.
Authorities said the 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer was under a tarp. It is now in police custody and being examined for clues.
Vance’s cell phone was last used at about 2:15 p.m. on the day he disappeared. Cooper said it connected with a cell phone tower in Tuscaloosa. It’s not known who was called or why he came to Tuscaloosa that day.
