WOW … Bryan Nicholas Garcia Gets 20 Years in Prison for trying to dig up grave of 12 Year old Girl to have Sex
You know sometimes you think you have seen and heard it all. Then you get a story like this one out of South Carolina. 23 year old Bryan Garcia was given a 20 year prison sentence and ordered to register as a sex offender after Garcia was found guilty of trying to dig up the grave of a 12 year old girl to have sex with her.
Bryan Nicholas Garcia never did find the girl’s grave and told investigators he wanted to “take her home and have fun,” Clover Police Lt. Randall Horn said.
Garcia pleaded guilty but mentally ill Wednesday to two charges of destruction of a graveyard. Circuit Judge John Hayes sentenced Garcia to 20 years in prison and ordered him to register as a sex offender.
Two mental evaluations found Garcia has a chemical imbalance in his brain that makes him want to have sex with corpses and children, defense attorney John Rhea said. (The State)
Sometimes some of the crimes people commit or intend to commit defy speech. Not only should thins individual never walk among us, he should never walk among anyone. I mean, Bryan Garcia attempts to dig up a 12 year old girl’s grave because he saw her picture in her obituary and thought she was cute. Garcia then tells police he wanted to “take her home and have fun.”
Get this, Bryan Garcia was a former National Merit Scholar at York High School.
The case of Ed Gein comes to mind, not that one wants to recollect it.
This guy has to register as a sex offender? I mean … under what category? Would-be necrophilist? Somehow even the heading of sex offender seems inadequate … not to mention that the ACLU will argue that since he didn’t come upon the grave, he therefore wasn’t a sex offender.
I’ve never yet heard of a chemical imbalance that drives one to lust after corpses.
Actually, any comment is so inadequate that I’m going to stop.

I’m just thankful that they caught him before he grew up and
became a mortitian. Remeber that case, I think it may have
been in Washington or Oregon… the case of the missing
bodies??? It seemed that a mortitian had been burying
empty caskets… Gee, I wonder how they found out!?!?!
Anyway, all I can say is SICK, SICK, SICK…..

For some things in this world there are no words. This is one of them. Please someone tell me that a person who is this disturbed will never walk amongst the rest of us freely!
