New Tips Come in on Missing 3 year old Kendrick Jackson
Kendrick Jackson has been missing for nearly two weeks. According to reports a tip came in that 3 year old Kendrick Jackson may have been spotted getting on to a bus a week ago.

Police say the boy’s father, Roderick Fountain, is a suspect in the disappearance, but he has not been charged in the case. Fountain has been charged with injury to a child for an alleged incident before Kendrick vanished.
The attorney for Fountain says he got a phone call around 8:15am Thursday from a woman who says she saw a child who looked like Kendrick Jackson. The alleged sighting was about a week ago on a bus from Houston to Dallas. The woman says the child and an adult got on the bus around Huntsville.
The attorney turned over the information to the district attorney’s office. It’s unclear what could become of that information.

Judge grants bond to father of missing toddler 4/19/06
The father of a toddler missing for nearly two weeks was granted a bond today, which will allow him to get out of jail if he can post the required amount of money.
But state District Judge George Godwin set Fountain’s bond at $100,000 today on the conditions that Fountain surrender his passport and remain in Harris County.

Missing Boy’s Father Charged With Firearms Possession
Man Taken Back Into Custody After Posting Bond
The father of a missing 3-year-old boy remained behind bars Friday, despite posting bond, after he was charged with another crime, KPRC Local 2 reported.
The family of Roderick Fountain posted his $100,000 bond overnight.
As he walked out of the Harris County jail, Fountain was taken back into custody and charged with a federal felony of illegal possession of a firearm.
