I saw this case about 2 months ago, and then it basically dropped off. So here is the latest a laptop was found in the river. I believe it is a work computer yet, they say this doesn’t seem to be related to his cases. I find that strange because a robbery would not end up with a hard drive removed and missing, and the rest of the computer in 4 feet of water in the river.

BELLEFONTE, Pa. — A laptop computer that belonged to a county prosecutor who has been missing for more than three months was found in a river near the spot where his car was abandoned, police said Monday.
Two fishermen found the computer, which was missing its hard drive, on Saturday at the bottom of the Susquehanna River, Bellefonte police said. The fishermen turned it over to state police who determined it belonged to Centre County District Attorney Ray F. Gricar.
The computer’s hard drive had either fallen out or had been removed before it was thrown into the river, police said.
“It’s another piece to the puzzle but it doesn’t lead us anywhere,” Bellefonte Police Chief Duane Dixon told reporters.

1010 Wins New York’s All news station has provided a picture of the missing teen. Who disappeared last night (Friday) from Yankee Stadium. A search was started and ended at 5:40 am with no results or clues.
Yahoo news picked this story up today very quickly. From Yahoo News
NEW YORK - A 13-year-old boy went to a restroom during a Yankees game and never returned, and searches of the stadium, nearby fast-food restaurants and train stations by hundreds of police and security guards were fruitless.
Majelique Lewis, of Stamford, Conn., disappeared Friday night during the seventh-inning stretch of a Yankees-Angels game, police said.
His mother immediately reported him missing to security, who notified police about an hour later.
Every stadium exit is monitored by security cameras and Lewis’ mother did not spot him on hours of recorded images, police said.
It was the teen’s first trip to Yankee Stadium. He attended the game with his 65-year-old foster mother, brother and two sisters.
Lewis has no behavioral or mental problems and no history of running away, police said.
“He’s an average kid,” said Arthur Shannonhouse, who answered the phone at Lewis’ home and identified himself as the teenager’s father.
Ten to 15 children are reported missing at every Yankees game but are almost immediately located, police said.
This is the last of the 3 current Amber Alerts to be canceled. (Utah, Nevada, and Washington State) All resolved with the return of the children or no evidence of an abduction.
Amber Alert Canceled for 8 Year old Utah girl

The Salt Lake City Police Department and the state of Utah canceled the Amber Alert on Friday afternoon after it was determined that no child was abducted and no suspect could be found. This Amber Alert will not count towards the Code Amber statistics.
In a case we are have followed on this blog, 8 year old Lydia Rupp was found safe in Mexico, the man who had been living with her and her mother took her and all her belongings. He is now awaiting extradition to the US.
While this Amber Alert got little to no attention from the MSM, many blogs put up the alert as soon as the Alert was issued. When we got to 2 (Utah and Nevada) active Amber Alerts I encouraged many to email Fox, CNN and MSMBC to at least get the stories on their website. Now, within 1 hour of the news coming out of the finding of Lydia, it made a Fox news update. If the Amber Alerts are not covered by the media isn’t their effectiveness limited? I have been told the Amber Alert is a local tool for missing cases, my opinion is in 4 hours after a child goes missing it is probably not a local story anymore. How many state lines can someone cross in 4 hours?
TIJUANA — A convicted sex offender was arrested and the 8-year-old Nevada girl he is suspected of kidnapping was found in “good shape” at a shelter in Ensenada, police said Friday.
Fernando Aguero, 47, was arrested in the afternoon and was being moved to Tijuana where police planned an evening news conference, authorities said.
Aguero is suspected of kidnapping Lydia Bethany-Rose Rupp, 8, from her home July 22 in Fernley, Nev., near Reno.
“She is saying that she is fine,” said Rodolfo Luna, a liaison officer with Mexico’s State Preventive Police. “She appears to be in good shape, with no complaints.”
