  1. My daughter is just 14 years old. I keep an eye on her at all times, even when she just walks down the street to her good friend’s house. She joined the track team this year, and they practice every day. Recently, she became upset with me because I refused to let her go jogging by herself (during the afternoon) on our fairly isolated road. She said that I am too overprotective of her. We got into quite a discussion about that. I told her that I was OK with her running with a friend, but not by herself. (I’d go with her myself if I didn’t think I’d drop dead from it!) Maybe I am a little too protective, but it makes me feel better when I know that she got to her destination safely. Sometimes, when she stays over at her friend’s house (down the street), I have her call me the next day when she’s on her way up the road. This way, I can watch for her. Reading this over, I guess I can see WHY she feels I am overprotective, but after reading stories such as these, over and over in the news, I know that even though there are times when it may be exasperating to her, I am doing the best job I know how in trying to keep her safe.

We have had enough of this.
Also, all child rapists must be put to death as well.
All sex offenders (child rapists die) must be put away for life.
