UPADTE I: Female Body Found in Car of Missing Wisconsin Student

A female body was found in the car that a 21-year-old University of Wisconsin-Green Bay student was last seen driving before she vanished two weeks ago. The car was pulled from the Fox River near downtown Green Bay Thursday, authorities said.

Green Bay Police Chief Jim Arts said a female body was in the vehicle and an autopsy would be conducted Friday to identify it and determine a cause of death.

The Mercury Sable was found in deep waters with “zero visibility” so divers could not immediately identify it or read the license plate, said Lt. Dave Wesely.

Wesely said the tracks were found near an industrial park and they went right into the river. (FOX)

  4. THIS WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT. SHE WAS A STRAIGHT A STUDENT AND WOULD OF BEEN A GRADUATING SENIOR IN THE SPRING OF 2008. SHE WAS LEADER AMONG HER PEERS. EXPLAIN TO ME HOW A PERSON CAN GO FROM TOTALLY NORMAL TO TOTALLY DRUNK IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR, WHEN SHE WAS SIPPING HER DRINK THE WHOLE NIGHT. A TOXICOLOGY REPORT IS ONLY PERFORMED TO LOOK AT BAC LEVELS, AND DOES NOT LOOK FOR DATE RAPE DRUGS. UNLESS A DRUGS SCAN TEST IS PERFORMED TO SPECIFICALLY LOOK FOR ANY DRUGS IN HER SYSTEM. ALSO IF YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH OF BODIES IN CONTAMINATED AND POLLUTED WATERS FOR TWO WEEKS IT RAISES HER BAC LEVEL. OTHER FACTORS THAT COME INTO PLAY.
    1) HER DRIVER’S SIDE WINDOW WAS ROLLED ALL THE WAY DOWN.
    2) HER A/C WAS ON.
    3) SHE WAS FOUND IN THE BACKSEAT.
    4) SHE HAD A DEEP BRUISE ON HER LEFTSIDE.
    5) THE MEDICAL EXAMINER IS NOT A LICENSED PHYSICIAN OR LICENSED FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST. WHICH MEANS HE CANNOT PERFORM A AUTOPSY. HE RULED OUT FOUL PLAY WITHOUT PERFORMING A DIATOMS TEST TO DETERMINE WHETHER SHE WAS ALIVE OR DEAD ONCE ENTERING THE WATER AND DID NOT PERFORM A DRUG SCREEN TEST ON HER BODY TISSUES.
