You are so right ON about this needing to end where the judged are blocking our propositions. WE OVERWHELMINGLY voted YES on PROP 83 This is no longer a democratic system when this type of thing happes and a judge blocks what we voted on. That is exactly right... we might as well not vote and just send it to the judges if the next day it will get blocked. So how do I tell my granddaughter who will be 18 come the next election, that it is very important to vote if this kind of thing is allowed. WE HAVE TO STOP these judeges from flexing muscles that they DON't and SHOULDN'T have. What do we do? What can I as a regular citizen do to help stop these judges. She got her vote... so where does she get off doing such a thing. The people didn't even put her in office. THIS IS ANOTHER BILL CLINTON AFTERMATH that we are still our earthqauke state quaking from. The REALLY REALLT does have to stop. So is she going to defend people that get fed up enough and take the law into thier own hands with sexual offenders being found living or standing at the fences of our schools and parks where chilren are. NO... this woman seriously needs to be taken off the bench. I would love to know what we can do about her.

We voted here in California. Guess we could have saved a trip to the polls to vote on this... just send it to the judge to have him/her tell us what to believe and what to vote for!

Judical dictatorship!

Why does this not surprise me. Where is our ever present media on this one. So now does this makes one wonder why alot of people don't vote because their vote means nothing. Is there a judical process that can unblock her block. We the people.....mean nothing to the legislators or judges.

[...] One day after the midterm elections … a proposition in California that was passed 70.5% to 29.5% that restricted sex offenders, a CA US District Judge blocked the law. Elections do matter folks. Who do you thinks appoints these judges? Hint … The President of the United States. Here is another hint to who appointed this one. [...]
