Missing Natasha Browne Sending Text Messages to Mother?

Are the text messages being received by Stella and Robert Browne really from theirNatasha brown 1 missing 13-year-old daughter Natasha Browne? Natasha has not been seen since she left for school on Monday.

In New Jersey, state and local police are taking the case of a missing girl seriously. Her family last saw her Monday morning and since then they’ve been receiving text messages from her cell phone, messages the police call “alarming.”

So far Stella and Robert Browne have received six very unsettling text messages from their daughter Natasha’s cell phone, But is the 13-year-old typing the police for help, or someone else?

The story of the missing girl starts off strange in that Natasha heads off to school in a direction she does not normally take. Her friends state she never made it to school. Then the text messages begin.

Then about three hours later Stella got the first message: “Someone was following me and I just don’t remember what happened. I just woke up in a basement. It’s pitch black.”

Just before 9:00 Monday night the exhausted couple got the final message: “They’re taking me to New York.”

Police also say that on Monday several of Natasha’s friends also received text messages but at this point if you call her cell phone it goes straight to voice mail.

Hours passed before the second message: “He’s making me do disgusting stuff I don’t want to do.”

Ten minutes later came another message: “He and he is telling me they will hurt me if I don’t listen to them.”

Missing Girl Sends Mom Text Messages

Since 13-year-old Natasha Brown vanished on her way to school Monday, police say she’s text messaged her mother saying that someone followed her and that she woke up in a dark basement.

One of the messages Brown sent her mother shortly after disappearing said: “Someone has me, she’ll take my phone,” Jersey City Police Chief Robert Troy said Wednesday.

“A disappearance is totally out of character,” Troy said. “Her family and friends are worried and so are we.”

Homicide Detectives Take Over Missing Mikalena Nau Case

Mikalena Nau has been missing since February 4th. She was last seen using an ATM machine near her home. Even though the body of Mikalena Nau has not been found, police believe that she is no longer alive.

Action News has learned of several new developments in the investigation into the disappearance of Mikalena Nau who lived on Elbridge. Most importantly, this investigation has now been handed over to the homicide division. While police have not found Nau’s body, they do have reason to believe that Nau is no longer alive and while it may just be a coincidence, they want to know if her disappearance is connected to the murder of an acquaintance of hers last week.

Until now, Action News has learned that in the last 24 hours, homicide detectives took over the investigation. Nau’s mother believes the move means more resources will join the search for her daughter, dead or alive.

Police Probe Connection of The Falls Bouncer, Darryl Littlejohn, and Serial Rapes in NYC to Imette St. Guillen

Police are looking into whether the bouncer from The Falls bar, Darryl Littlejohn, mayLittlejohn have some connection with a rash of other rapes that have occurred in the NYC area. There were three New York woman that have reported they were raped by a man driving a van and posing as a federal agent. A rather bizarre coincidence as the discussion of federal agents was talked about between Imette St. Guillen and Littlejohn.

NYPD investigators are probing whether jailed parolee Darryl Littlejohn, the Manhattan bar bouncer being eyed in the slaying of Imette St. Guillen, is connected to the rapes of three New York women who were brutalized by a van-driving man posing as a federal agent, law enforcement sources told the Herald.

“There is a serial rapist posing as a federal agent, grabbing women, who has struck at least three times” in the New York City area, an official source said yesterday.

(Boston Herald)

Police are investigating the potential links and similarities to the three previous rapes and that of the rape and murder of Imette St. Guillen. So many aspects of the previous assaults are starting to look familiar.

  • 1. “Littlejohn has been known to impersonate law enforcement. He has a van. We are taking a very close look at those cases,” the source said.
  • 2. In the three attacks, the rapist identified himself as an immigration officer before pulling the women into the van and throwing a blanket over their heads so they could not identify him, the sources said. He then drove to an underground garage, where the women were raped and sexually assaulted.
  • 3. No DNA evidence was recovered from the three attacks. The victims told investigators their attacker wiped them down after the rape with some sort of disinfectant swabs, the police sources said

When police searched Littlejohn’s home they recovered alcohol swabs, plastic ties, sections of his carpet, hair samples and fibers. Police also located his 1992 blue-gray minivan.

Yesterday, cops located a 1992 blue-gray minivan that Littlejohn registered on Jan. 27, the same day he turned in the plates for the immobile blue van outside his house. The blue-gray van, with temporary plates, was ditched less than a half-mile from his home. It was ringed with tape as cops sought a search warrant.

In another strange coincidence of possible linkage between the crimes, the assaults took place between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. One of the previous rape victims was Japanese that police are investigating into any connections to Littlejohn. Then comes the following from a busboy at The Falls that is a bit eye catching.

Sources say a busboy at The Falls, the Soho bar where St. Guillen was last seen alive, told them he heard Littlejohn ask the exotic-looking St. Guillen, “Are you Japanese?” just before he walked her outside, a law-enforcement source said.

Dan Dorrian, one of the bar’s owners, said he asked Littlejohn to escort St. Guillen from the bar at 4:05 a.m. At that time, she was the lone patron of the trendy hot spot.

Littlejohn and another bouncer walked St. Guillen outside. The second bouncer took a cab to the Staten Island ferry and went home, telling cops he last saw St. Guillen and Littlejohn “standing together” on Lafayette Street. At around 4:10 a.m., Dorrian told investigators, he heard an argument and a commotion of some sort, sources said.

There is an old saying, that there is no such thing as a one time rapist. The evidence is beginning to mount against Darryl Littlejohn. However, one thing that should never be overlooked in this horrendous crime whether Littlejohn is the individual responsible; The Falls bar did nothing to prevent such a crime from potentially occurring. They also lied to police and obstructed an investigation.

Anonymous donor Pulling their $100,000 of reward for Missing Jennifer Kesse over Dispute

Jennifer Kesse has been missing since January 23 and now it appears that previously donated reward money to find Jennifer Kesse is being pulled. With a girl missing it is unfortunate that such a conflict exists whereas reward money will soon be pulled from the missing persons case.

An anonymous resident who donated $100,000 of reward money in the Jennifer Kesse missing person case is pulling the cash after a “behind the scenes” conflict with Crimeline, according to a Local 6 News report.

Tuesday, the anonymous donor said the $100,000 will be pulled by March 15. The move is supposed to help the case and force someone to come forward this month.

However, there is a behind the scenes conflict between the anonymous donor and Crimeline, Local 6 reporter Louis Bolden said.

The controversy lies in the condition to collect the reward, according to the report.

The controversy is over the following wording:

The donor has reportedly said from the time the donation was made that the money was to only to be paid if Jennifer Kesse is returned home safely, the report said.

But the money was turned over to Crimeline and the organization offers rewards for information leading to arrests even if the person is not returned.
(Local 6)

Let’s just hope and pray, reward money or not Jennifer Kesse is found safe.
