Joseph Osmolia, 16, never returned to the Wayne County Group Home on Monday after attending classes at Honesdale High School, police said.
He was last seen wearing a white sweat suit with blue stripes, and his “direction of travel is unknown at this time,” according to a news release.
Anyone with information is urged to call state police at 253-7126.
